I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution for the first restaurant is satisfactory to me, but am still waiting for a response for the second restaurant

I am rejecting this response because:1) the company should post on their website (on the Contact Us) page that they typically take up to days to respond (business hours) I think a consumer should have this informationand I would like confirmation from the company, which certificates that I purchased from them actually have not been redeemed.

While we are sympathetic to your complaint, the Insertion Order was approved and signed tor this advertiser to have a half page ad in the magazine that the cost would be covered by selling certificates on line. certificates @each totaling This program is set up so that the
customer has no cost directly to them and therefore the ad is at rate card with no additional discount availableThat was agreed upon with the sales person present at the time of the sale
