Review: I purchased a MID7065 tablet which after a couple of uses it became unresponsive and turn off and rest procedures failed. I have tried calling every number that was provided and sent several emails to the company in which I immediately receive an undeliverable email back. Thank youDesired Settlement: I would prefer my unit to be fixed or replaced at no cost and that they update their contact info to better assist customers. Thank you

Review: I called for support with my coly tablet in may of this year. They couldn't resolve the problem so they told me to send the tablet back along with a 15.00 money order for return shipping.they said it would be 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called them and they said the company moved so it would take another 3 weeks. I called again and they said call corporate office. Corporate office is not answering or taking messages. I have emailed them 5 or 6 times with no response. I have called them multiple times and get a busy signal.the other number they give is out of service I am very frustrated! I not only lost my tablet, I lost the 15.00 shipping fee.I hope you can help with this.Desired Settlement: I would like a new tablet and refund for my shipping. If they can't return the tablet I would like a full refund for what I paid.

Review: I sent my Colby Kyros MID7035 in for warranty repair on April [redacted] 2013. I was to be ready and sent back to me by June [redacted] I had made 2 calls checking on the status. The Customer service rep said the product was on the shelf to be shipped out within the week. When I called the 2nd time after it should have arrived it was July and now they said that the warehouse was shut down for the month of July. I made a call to the corporate offices and now all phones just give a message and cut off with no way of leaving a message. I went online to email the issue to the corporate office 3x's and no one has responded from there. I posted my issue on the COBY ELECTRONICS FB Page and no one responded there either. NOW I SEE THEY HAVE MOVED TO CALIFORNIA........... Very poor customer service and no one seems to be in charge to take care of any of the issues. I paid over $160.00 for my 7" MID7035 tablet and repairs and still do not have my product returned from your company. It has been in your possession since April and my warranty will expire on September [redacted].Desired Settlement: Return my product that I HAVE PAID FOR!!

Review: I sent my Coby tablet which was under warrenty for repair and at first they claimed they never got it but I had my tracking number and they found it. I use to be able to call and get information on its return but now when you call their voice message just sends you to their web-sight and then you try e-mail them either customer service or teck support they never respond. I think I sent both areas at least 3 different e-mails and got no response. There is no number you can call and actually get to talk to a person. Do not know how else to reach them other than going down there and that is expensive. Anything you can do is very much appreciated. Review: I purchased a 50 in tv and the tv went out when plugged in. I contacted coby and received a claim number and I was told I would receive return paper work in the mail. That has been over 2 months ago. I have sent several emails and tried calling several times since and I can not get I touch with them and no response by emailDesired Settlement: Same as above

Review: My daughter saved her money to buy a Coby Kyro 9.7 tablet in August of 2012. We ordered it online at [redacted]. The product was delivered. I wasn't aware of the browser problem until after we weren't able to return it back to [redacted]. I contacted Coby Electronics and they told me I would have to pay $15 to have it ship to them and then another $15 to have it shipped back. We did that. They told us they would fix the problem. We sent it the end of January 2013. We didn't receive it back until the end of March. It still didn't work. I called and asked why it wasn't fixed. I asked to send it back and I asked for a full refund. They told me I would have to pay for it to be shipped back and then shipped back again to us. I told them I wasn't going to pay for it to be shipped there when they didn't fix the problem in the first place. Finally, after calling for months they agreed they would pay for both ways. The tablet has now been at their facility since 6/*/2013. We are still waiting to receive it back. Plus, when I have called they have no record of receiving it. I am worried when we do receive it back it won't work.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of of the money we spent to have it fixed and the money we spent buying it.

Review: I sent my tablet to Coby for repairs including a $15 money order for the return. It was delivered to Coby on 06/**/2013 @ 1:07 pm to the [redacted] location. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to receive it back. The last time I spoke with someone they said that they were going to send a replacement tablet but he couldn't tell me when because the system had not been updated, this was the end of July. Since then I have sent about 3-4 emails to customer care and technical support. I've also tried calling every number they have listed on their site with no response from Coby at all. I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life. Even though i'm sure they are going through some things, great customer service should still be in tact. I feel cheated, unappreciated and outraged that a business would be so unprofessional when people made the decision to invest in them.Desired Settlement: I purchased the tablet through Western Union by using points I earned at my job. I really don't want another product by Coby so I would like to be refunded for the value of the product or for them to credit my points back somehow.

Review: We returned our [redacted]'s tablet for repair on April [redacted].

The product was received by their warehouse on April [redacted] but was not logged into the system for repair until May [redacted].

I called on May [redacted] talked to [redacted] who told me the product was just logged into the system and it would be 4-6weeks.

I called July [redacted] spoke to [redacted] who told me a new tablet would be sent as soon as possible. I then spoke to [redacted]) to see when it would ship. [redacted] said he would email the warehouse and call me back to let me know. I have yet to hear back from him.

I called July ** spoke to [redacted] who could not give me any new information and told me he was the supervisor on duty and that he could do nothing for me and I needed to call the corporate office. He then gave me the ###-###-#### number. I called the ###-###-#### and the automated system just kept taking me in circles and would not let me speak to a human or leave a message. I then called ###-###-#### customer service number and continued to get a busy signal.

It is now Aug [redacted] and I called the ###-###-#### number and now it will not ring thru but an automated message says to contact you via the website. We are 7 days away from you having our product for 4months with NO results. Our [redacted] uses his tablet for work and needs his product back. I will be contacting the better business bereau to file a complaint. Please have someone contact me immediatly in regards to shipping our replacement.Desired Settlement: would like the replacement shipped ASAP or a full refund issued for the value of the new model that

their company is suppose to be sending.

Review: My husband and I purchased a Coby Electronics LEDTV5536 LED television in February of 2012. At the end of May 2013 the video went out of the television. We took it to the local repair shop who diagnosed the problem as a bad main board. Since then neither the repair shop nor myself have been able to get any information from Coby to repair the television. The repair shop called as well as emailed Coby to get a part number to get the main board ordered, and no one has returned their calls. A month ago I started calling. The first time I called in to the 877 number, I spoke to [redacted] who told my to email both tech support and consumer care. I promptly did so that night. I waited 2 weeks for a response, that I have still yet to get. I then called the 877 number back and spoke to [redacted] who gave me the Global Headquarters number and advised me to talk to [redacted] at extension [redacted]. I left a message on her voice mail that afternoon. I proceded to call, and leave messages everyday only to find out that no one in the building EVER answers the phone, including the operator. On 7/** I found the extension to the CEO of the company and let a message for him as well. To date, no one has responded.Desired Settlement: Would like Coby to either replace the television with another brand or a refund check for me to replace the bad television.

Review: On November **,2012 I purchased a Coby Tablet Kyros 8IN 4.0A from Toys'R Us as a Christmas present for my son for $99.99. He was able to use the tablet for approx 2 months when the tablet would not go past the start up screen. I called Coby ###-###-#### and talked with [redacted] who went through different solutions for me to try. In the end, it still would not work and would not reset. He emailed me the instructions to send the tablet and a $15.00 money order back to Coby for a replacement. I sent the tablet back on April **, 2013 with USPS tracking #[redacted]. After 6 weeks I called to check on my tablet. I was given the reference number #[redacted] and told my tablet should ship out around July [redacted] holiday, to call back after that. I called back on July [redacted] and was told that it did ship out, but they could not give me any tracking information because their shipping reports do not come out until Mondays. I called back Monday, July [redacted] and got a recording to log on to their website. I continue to get this recording today and any phone numbers I can find for them on the internet just ring with no answer. I have sent emails to all the addresses on the website 4 times each. I am at a loss with how to get in touch with anyone to help me. I just want a replacement tablet back or money back.Desired Settlement: I would love a replacement for my product or money back of the purchased product.

Review: TV was purchased in April, 2013. Worked fine until August, 2013. Absolutely quit working! No picture, no sound, not even snow! I have called # on warranty, they refer you to website. I have e-mailed customer service and technical support several times. I have written 2 letters. no response! The only thing I could find was one of their websites where you could pay $48.00 to talk online to one of their technicians. This company is such a ripoff! At this point, you could not pay me any amount of money to get another one of I their products! I just want my money back!Desired Settlement: TV to be gone,at their expense, and a full cash refund!

Review: I bought 2 Coby Kyro for x-mas from [redacted]. One tablet worked for just over a month and where you plug it in to charge it got pushed in so you could not charge it anymore. The second one lasted 2 or 3months and it would not turn on. I sent it back and Coby got them on 4/**/13. Its now 7/**/13 I still do not have them. On 5/*/13 I emailed them and was told 4 to 8 weeks.

They had me send them a $15.00 money order for both units that I sent back to them. It cost me $12.35 to send both them back to them. So I am also wondering why it cost them so much more to send them to me than it did for me to send them to them.

I have been calling a call center since week number 9.Desired Settlement: To get 2 tablets back as soon as possible .

Review: I purchased a coby tablet and the pin in side the tablet broke. I was told to send the tablet back with a $25 money order and the tablet would be fixed and returned back to me. I mailed the tablet on May **,2013 and have not received it back. I tried calling the company many times the phone recording just say if there is a problem send and email. I sent a email and have not gotten a respond. This is the fourth month I have not heard any thing.Desired Settlement: Either replace and fix the tablet or refund my money back. The $25 dollars and the cost of the tablet.

Review: My mother purchased a Coby Kyros Tablet for my son's birthday in April 2012. My so put a password on it and not really using it much forgot the password. I tried to reset it myself and that didn't work. So now it's stuck on the screen asking for a password. I tried to take it back to Walmart because that's where my mom purchased it from and they can't help me, they told me to contact tech support through Coby. Well I went to there website and nothing on the tablet I have (i guess it's an old product or discontinued). So I sent them an email to ask someone to call me, no response. I called the 1-800 number and its a recording saying to refer back to the website. I search the google and now I see a lot of comments that the company is no longer in business. What should a consumer like me do in this situation?Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement or at least half of my refund to get my son another tablet

Review: I bought coby tablet for my grandson for Christmas 2012. and quit working I called Coby and told me to send it back. I did. April 2013. I have prove they received it. but never fixed it or send me a new one.Desired Settlement: I want what one would cost new at today price.

Review: Hi,my Coby tablet [redacted] (is registered to me) which my father purchased for me. I sent my device on June **th 2013. My tablet was delivered on June **th 2013 to be either fixed or to get a replacement do to problems I was having with it, and was not turning on. After paying $403.97 I should be able to get a new and upgraded tablet. Since then I have to talk to someone in tech support to check status on my device, every time I called I got different responses from them. telling me warehouse was closed do to inventory, or there no updates regarding my tablet. at one time I was told that my tablet was ready to be shipped back to me. That was about 3 weeks ago.Altogether now I am unable to get a hold of anyone from tech support, headquarters, or sales department. I have called all the numbers for support and emails that they had listed and no luck.Its been over 4 to 6 weeks since I sent my tablet and I have sent numerous emails,and no response back from Coby. Actions need to be taken to resolve this matter. Review: On April **, 2012 I bought a LED 19 inch TV from Shopko in [redacted]. On April **, 2013 I contacted Shopko to see if the TV had a warranty because it would not turn on. They told me they have a 90 day return policy for a replacement but Coby Electronics gave a 1year parts warranty. They instructed me to contact Coby directly. They gave me a phone # of ###-###-#### to get the TV fixed. I immediately called that phone number and talked to [redacted] about their warranty. He told me the TV was still under the parts warranty but I would have to cover the labor for the TV repair. I was then instructed by [redacted] to find a local TV repair business and take it in and have the business find the problem and then contact Coby for the part. I selected Rochester Appliance Service at [redacted] Phone # ###-###-####. I brought the TV in to have it diagnosed. A few days later [redacted] at Rochester Appliance Service called and told me that Coby wanted me to send the old TV in and they were going to send a replacement TV. He instructed me to contact Coby at the service number of ###-###-#### to get the shipping address. After picking up the TV and returning home I contacted Coby and they instructed me to send my TV to Coby Electronics [redacted] and also send a 20 dollar money order for the return shipping of the new TV. Coby also told me to allow eight to twelve weeks for the new TV to be delivered after they receive the old one. I sent the TV and money order priority mail on April **, 2013 and according to the postal service ( I called the tracking number at ###-###-####) they received my old TV and money order on April **, 2013. I waited about twelve weeks and contacted Coby about the delivery of the replacement TV. The person I talked to said that it was on the dock ready to be shipped. He instructed me to call back the following Monday and they would have an updated spread sheet with the tracking number for the package. I contacted them on Tuesday and they said they still had no tracking number for it yet. I repeated this for the next two weeks and kept getting the same answer. I then asked to talk with a supervisor. The supervisor gave me 1. the warehouse number at ###-###-#### which when I called said it was not in service, 2. Costumer service number at ###-###-#### which is also not a working number, and 3. The cooperate number for Coby in New York at ###-###-#### which I also called and the message instructs me to enter an extension number or press 0 for the operator. No operator ever answers just prompts back to recorded messages. All phone numbers that I have got are no longer in service or just leads to message after message.Desired Settlement: I would like to see my replacement TV as promised or a complete refund of the TV and both shipping charges. ( The shipping charge I incurred sending the old TV there and also my 20 dollar money order for return shipping of the replacement TV.)

Review: I purchased a Copy Kyros MID7034 4 in November of 2012. In April of 2013 the product broke. I contacted Coby and was informed to send it to them with a check for $15 to fix the product. On April **, 2013 the product was sent to them via US postal service with a tracker on it. They did receive the product.

was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks to have item fixed and returned. It is now October and I still have not received the product. I called all the numbers on the website which send me back to the website. The number that I once used to call to check the products status is now just has a recording sending you back to the website. I set emails to tech support and customer care that were sent back as undeliverable.Desired Settlement: I would like the product returned to me fixed along with my $15 for the money order I sent.

Or a refund of the price I paid for the item plus the $15.

Review: I have bought a Tablet form Coby Electronics in Dec, have not had any luck with it working, this is the second one they have sent. I cannot get anyone on any of the numbers provided by their company website. I have sent emails with no reply. My product is still under warranty. [redacted] will not replace it because we have passed their 14 day return policy.

I have read hundreds of emails of people having the same exact issue.Desired Settlement: Would like to have a full refund of my purchase price. My full purchase price was $92.99
