She signed and initialed the Service Agreement acknowledging she understood the termsof the agreement as well as... the Client Acknowledgements. She also indicated she understood thecancellation provisions of the agreement including the three-business day right of rescissionperiod located directly above her signature, in large, bold print. At no point have we representedany other policy regarding cancellation.After reviewing the account, it appears that the technical difficulty that had to be forwarded to ourtech team was in connection to the Career Assessment posting incorrectly. While speaking to acoach, [redacted] mentioned her concern that this technical issue would hinder them movingforward. The coach reassured her that the Career Assessment was optional, that she still hadcomplete access to the rest of the services, and that it would, in no way, keep them frombenefitting from the program. Unfortunately, based on our review, it does not appear that thefamily chose to utilize these additional services or communicate with our coaching team asrequested.We have met all the provisions in the Agreement and therefore we are unable to grant acancellation at this time.
