At no point during the workshop or private interview do we promise to fill out FAFSA documentationOur services are designed to provide assistance understanding the college planning process and to provide advice and insight. Furthermore, we do not selectively target low income, minority, or single parent families and never have. We strive to operate with integrity and honesty in all areas of our business. We have met all the provisions in the Agreement and, although not required to do so, have refunded the amount paid and have inactivated their account. Today is April 25, and the refund has not hit my accountI don't believe them because they feel they can do whatever they want with out any recourseI'm a consumer who was scammed by these people and they are weaving their web to do it againAs I have started before in my complaint they were not truthful and they did not keep their agreement as they started they would do I would like all of my money refunded

I am rejecting this response because: *** *** is only telling me what he cannot do for mePlease tell me what you CAN do to allow me and my family to be able to see the value in your productLike I said, if it was worth while, we would have no problem paying for itI know there is something that can be done to improve the quality of this serviceThe company claims that we have to call them first, but a couple of weeks ago, I sure did get a call from the company looking trying to get in touch with my mother most likely about the financial aspect of the business I just want you to fix itGet one of the coaches to call meI understand that you believe we are supposed to call them first,but if you realize the group of people you are helping are teenagers, and we hate to ask for help. If the company can show me that they care about my future as I do, then we will no longer have to continue this conversation because I cannot possible be the only one annoyed by this back and forth

Ms*** contacted us regarding her unfortunate financial hardship on June 21, 2016. We sympathized with her circumstances and offered her several payment arrangements to help lighten the loadMs*** accepted our offer to reduce her payments, but indicated that she may be filing for bankruptcy going forward. I explained when I called in and my daughter was also first talking to them that nothing that was explained at the meeting where the contract was signed was promisedMy daughter and I made numerous calls to get help with filling out the online assessment and my daughter has since found a new coach to help her because as stated in the contract and numbers provided we were never contacted backWe were promised a service and sat for over a hour and I still have all the notes and services that were supposed to be provided which were and have not. I feel that we were taken advantage of and promised something that in is not what was presented in the hour long presentationIf it was made clear that coaches were not available to help immediately to help with the online assessment we would of never agreed to the services and I talked in length for 15- min with the representative before signing the contractI was assured that coaching started as soon as my daughter registered. I want a full refund I will never use this or another service like this againI believe it is a preditotory loan on low income families looking to help their children with college and I am appald that it also isn't stated that I asked to talk to a supervisor or someone higher up and was told there was no one

I am rejecting this response because: We need to add to *** ***
description, that we signed the contract with CAA under great duress and having
little knowledge at that point, of the college admission process and being that
our child still was in Sophomore YearWe hesitated and wanted to check with
the high school counselors before signing the contract but, once again, CAA
strongly insisted that not signing at that point and time would mean not being
able to sign till the next workshop the following yearDuring the following
months and before our child in junior year, we got all the support and guidance
for the called “college journey” for free at the high school and also through
the *** *** Library System.Then, On May we claimed to CAA
about interrupt the contract when we had payed $ (30%) of the total amount
CAA denied cancel. Nowadays, we have
realized that $ 2,have already payed (95%) of the total amountBearing in mind that almost 100%
of the contract have been payed, I want to receive a payment back compensation from
CAA from my notice on May, when I asked for interrupt their servicesOn
those months, we had already paid $ 1,(66%) of the total amount
