Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My son does not need the serviceHe found all the services online unnecessary to him and found that there were other resources that do the same job better or for freeAlso we were told by the man selling the service that we would be allowed to cancel the service at any given time, he never specified any time within the next few daysIt is illogical to give a cancellation time of three or four days, how is anyone supposed to try and test something in that short of a time.I have also attached files of files on social media, they run the same pitch everywhere but ultimately refuse to cancel every time even though the person selling says people can cancel anytimeI simply want to cancel the contract nothing less, nothing more Regards, [redacted]

Regards, I have gone to the bank personally twice now, the second time I went I got the same result as I did the first timeThere is no deposit or credit made to the account that CAA claimed there should beOur bank explained that since the bank account was canceled over months ago there couldn't be a credit made to the account so the money must have gone back to it's original location (CAA) At this point my Dad is requesting that a check be made and sent to our address.

I appreciate them taking me off their mailing listHowever, I believe an apology is in order for the way I was treated so rudely by several different customer service agents who answered their phones(The one girl lied to me and laughed at me, NO PERSON deserves to be treated like that). What are they doing to rectify this problem in the event I would need to call back again if they "accidentally" send me another letter?
