DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I purchased the day subscription and at no point I was told that I would be charged $the second my days was up! The only phone number available just sends you to an operator saying "*** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** ** ***" I tried the *** helpit does not lead you to help, it simply takes you to your profileI also did the refund for which I only am supposed to get $back when I only had the account for days after my days endedComplete crap of a companyI think it is sad that the operator automatically tells you that a refund is available, shows that they are completely aware of the disgusting scam they created

List of a room on Craigslist and for two days have gotten totally spammed buy fake notifications of interested parties and everyone leads back to the room store sign up formThis is advertising or misrepresentation at the very least

I subscribed to a service with RoomsterDuring the subscription and payment their system went down and I was told to come back laterI did that and I was subscribed to one service for a re-occurring chargeLater on I realized that I am charged each month 2x for the one service I subscribed toWhile Roomster's provides me with receipt for one payment, my bank is sending two paymentsI asked for a refund for this extra payment but was refused assistance with an argument that the payment was authorized and to read the receiptThe receipt, however, does not correspond with the actual paymentsI keep receiving the same reply over and over even though I provided with exact paypal numbers referring to two different payments and explain myself several timesI can provide evidence that there were two payments each month instead of one

This company is a scam, I agreed to pay 5$ train, they sent me a receipt to my junk mail saying they are charging me $Then they charge you 29$ subscription! And this is not clearly indicated anywhere nor do they ask for your permission to charge after trail ends! This is a nasty business! I want my refund also! There was no real landlords on site I contacted over people who all responded with automatic responses asking me for my bank details and pictures of passport as well as telling me to deposit money! It's a scam!

Roomster app listed my subscription status as inactiveHowever I was billed for a subscriptionIt turns out my subscription was active, however Roomster misreported itAs such, it was not clear to me that my subscription as active and I was to be billed on a recurring basisThe only method of contacting customer service is via online chat, and all of my inquiries regarding Roomster's listing of my subscription status are being ignoredI am concerned this is a scam, and that Roomster is misleading many customers in order for thier subscriptions to remain active while the company collects payment

I paid $for a three day trial for the service of roomsterIn my search for a roommate on that site, I got zero results and found the service rather disappointingI didn't find out until today that another charge for $was charged on my account! When I contacted them, they directed me to a screenshot of the original transaction, which did in small print say that they would auto-renew (obviously they are prepared for this interaction as many people have reported complaints)I had not noticed this section before

I signed up for three days to find q place to live But all day, I've been cut off and having to start over too many times just to send my message to people renting their rooms
I tried contacting customer service and after trying although I was unsuccessful, I was know longer able to log in to my account I wasted my money with this company and would like a refund If I do not log in to cancel I will automatically be charged again for three more days

This is an unethical company that boarders advertisement I found an ad for a room on CL and the person I wrote to sent a link to RoomsterThe ad said the room was being rented out by a male roommate, however they sent an email from a sender with a woman's name and a link to RoomsterI signed up and it turns out that you have to pay to see any messages sent to youI paid the membership and I have not heard from individual since I signed up and I did not see a place for rent in the area the room was said to be locatedThis same situation happened again with another ad I found online that sent an email with a link to Roomster, again I did not see the room posted on the free website on Roomster
