Collins Comfort Masters

New Air conditioner installed yesterday. Couldn't be more impressed. [redacted], and [redacted] worked their butt off in high heat. Explained everything, and even changed some shrubbery. I would highly recommend them.[redacted]

[redacted] responded to a call to Collins very quickly and told us of a problem that we had and later the next day called to let us know that a part had come in and was able to come the very next day to install it for us so that we would not be without air conditioning for very long. He was very friendly and upfront in explaining to us what the trouble was and how it could be fixed.

[redacted]., [redacted]. and[redacted], installed our new air conditioner and furnace in a timely manner the other day in really hot weather. They did a fine job. I would recommend them to others.

[redacted] was our service man, he came out to do a checkup on our roof mounted heat/air unit. Nice guy, honest, no pressure, did not try to sell me something I didn't need. This is the second time we have used Collins. I'll be using Collins again in the future and if [redacted] is available that is the service man I will ask for.

We have been customers with Collins Comfort Masters since 2005. We own a few rentals and during the summer our unit went at one of the rentals, they not only showed up but repaired the unit before high noon!! They are honest and fair.

Today we had our usual yearly service call and [redacted] was just terrific!! Our dogs loved him. He took the time to answer my questions, made suggestions and we love [redacted]. Kudos to your company for hiring such a pleasant and professional man. Thanks!!

We are happy with our new Lennox system. Collins did a good job of installing the whole package in one day. John L., Chris B., Armando C., and Derek M. did a great job. They were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. The workmanship was excellent and they did a good job cleaning up. The system has met or exceeded our expectations and it is sooo quiet. All in all, we are very satisfied. Thanks Collins!

Just this Monday (3/09/15) I had a Lennox AC and furnace installed by the Collins Comfort Masters. They came on time and worked efficiently and carefully. The three installers ([redacted] and [redacted]) were courteous and efficient. They were careful moving the equipment through our small ceiling entrance and left the area clean. It was a very positive experience and the workers were very professional.

Everyone we encountered with Collins was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This includes staff answering our phone calls and the sales representative, Garret, who made me feel very confident with Collins and the product. Likewise, we were very confident and comfortable having John, Armando, Chris and Juan in our home doing the install.

This Friday the 27th of August, 2015 Collins came out and installed a new A/C (Air Handler & Heat Pump). The two gentlemen who came out (Dan & Juan) were very professional and did an above average job installing both units. It was very hot and they worked tirelessly for many hours. They greatly improved the existing duct work and thermostat configurations; my cooling losses were eliminated and troublesome wiring was fixed. The old system had been installed very, very poorly and this created a challenge for them. They made an extra effort to fix what was wrong. Additionally, the sales people were transparent such that there was no hidden fees. The costs, warranties and rebates were clearly explained and I understood exactly what I was getting, the time schedule and misc documentation requirements to get my rebates through SRP, and Costco. I would recommend them for fair, honest and professional work. The did what they promised!

My husband checked out at least 5 different companies when our A/C unit (15 years old) needed replacing. The best we found was Lennox with Collins Comfort Masters, and we are not disappointed. [redacted] & [redacted] did a great installation job and even vacuumed all the floors before leaving. The only thing we would have liked was for the unit to be a bit quieter in the house.

A couple weeks ago, I had a new AC installed in the attic with a vaulted ceiling. Not a lot of work space. Collin Comfort Masters sent Justin G and Boomer, their best or two of their best men for the job. They explained what they were going to do. They were very safety conscious and careful not to damage the carpet by first laying out a walk cloth that covered the entire area. Justin was the more experienced, doing most of the work. He was in the attic all day without a lunch! Boomer was an great help. He must of went up and down the stairs a hundred times. The new AC works great! I know Justin installed the AC as if it was his own being very detailed. I'm very pleased I found Collins Comfort Masters.

I want to thank [redacted] and [redacted] for the outstanding installation completed at our home last Tuesday June 2. They were professional, quick and left the house like they were never even here. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They took the time to walk me through my new controller and soon, our house was wonderfully cool. Collins Comfort Masters designed and installed our first system 9 years ago; and a second system for an addition 8 years ago. They have been servicing since then. With my background in the service industry, I've appreciated their service techs who have all been friendly, professional, competent, and neat in appearance. Travis was recently here to complete the bi-annual checkup and service on the two systems. He's been here on previous calls, and is always willing to explain what he is doing, while proceeding with his work. It's been a good relationship, which I hope will continue.

We found out about Collins Comfort Masters through Costco and we were contacted right away after our initial query. Neil handled our purchase of the units that we needed for our home and he handled all of our questions quickly and professionally. Our units were installed today by [redacted]., [redacted]., [redacted], and Lujandro and we were very impressed and satisfied with their work. They were efficient, professional and friendly and they made sure our house remained clean after they were done. We would not hesitate to use Collins Comfort Masters again in the future.

The technitians from Collins Comfort Masters came for a pre-summer checkup and were fast and very knowledgeable. I appreciated [redacted] and the other tech (whose name I do not recall) explaining everything they did and why and that they did not try to sell me something that I did not need.

Collins Comfort Masters replaced my air conditioning and heating system on a contract through [redacted]. Before the work, a representative met with me and my wife, and he discussed our system needs, explained all the options and costs, and helped us choose a system to assure our comfort during the weather extremes that occur here in Mesa.

The two installers, Jose V. and Derek M., arrived on time on the date scheduled for installation, did the work within the time predicted, showed me how the system worked and that it was working as expected, and left the site neat and clean.

I would definitely refer friends, first of all to the [redacted] contractor service and then to Collins Comfort Masters.
