Collins Comfort Masters

My husband checked out at least 5 different companies when our A/C unit (15 years old) needed replacing. The best we found was Lennox with Collins Comfort Masters, and we are not disappointed. [redacted] & [redacted] did a great installation job and even vacuumed all the floors before leaving. The only thing we would have liked was for the unit to be a bit quieter in the house.

[redacted]., [redacted]. and[redacted], installed our new air conditioner and furnace in a timely manner the other day in really hot weather. They did a fine job. I would recommend them to others.

[redacted] responded to a call to Collins very quickly and told us of a problem that we had and later the next day called to let us know that a part had come in and was able to come the very next day to install it for us so that we would not be without air conditioning for very long. He was very friendly and upfront in explaining to us what the trouble was and how it could be fixed.

New Air conditioner installed yesterday. Couldn't be more impressed. [redacted], and [redacted] worked their butt off in high heat. Explained everything, and even changed some shrubbery. I would highly recommend them.[redacted]

From scheduling an appointment with Finn, our consultion/sales process with [redacted] and the installation process with Jose V and Mark I, I can't not say enough good things. All along the way we were educated on the process. I was impressed by not only the professionalism but how kind everyone was. Thank you. Just this Monday (3/09/15) I had a Lennox AC and furnace installed by the Collins Comfort Masters. They came on time and worked efficiently and carefully. The three installers ([redacted] and [redacted]) were courteous and efficient. They were careful moving the equipment through our small ceiling entrance and left the area clean. It was a very positive experience and the workers were very professional.

In the past couple of weeks, I had Collins Comfort Masters install 2 new air conditioning units (purchased from [redacted]) and 1 new water heater (purchased from Collins Comfort Masters). I am extremely pleased with this company - they have exceeded my expectations. Everything appears to be working well, and the Collins Comfort Master representatives were very professional, personable, and very neat with their work. For installation of the air conditioning units, I was lucky to have the team lead by [redacted]., which included [redacted]., [redacted]., and [redacted] - thank you! And thanks to [redacted], who did an excellent job installing my new water heater. I was so impressed with everything and highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters for all heating, cooling and plumbing services.

I want to thank [redacted] and [redacted] for the outstanding installation completed at our home last Tuesday June 2. They were professional, quick and left the house like they were never even here. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They took the time to walk me through my new controller and soon, our house was wonderfully cool. This Friday the 27th of August, 2015 Collins came out and installed a new A/C (Air Handler & Heat Pump). The two gentlemen who came out (Dan & Juan) were very professional and did an above average job installing both units. It was very hot and they worked tirelessly for many hours. They greatly improved the existing duct work and thermostat configurations; my cooling losses were eliminated and troublesome wiring was fixed. The old system had been installed very, very poorly and this created a challenge for them. They made an extra effort to fix what was wrong. Additionally, the sales people were transparent such that there was no hidden fees. The costs, warranties and rebates were clearly explained and I understood exactly what I was getting, the time schedule and misc documentation requirements to get my rebates through SRP, and Costco. I would recommend them for fair, honest and professional work. The did what they promised!

Everyone we encountered with Collins was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This includes staff answering our phone calls and the sales representative, Garret, who made me feel very confident with Collins and the product. Likewise, we were very confident and comfortable having John, Armando, Chris and Juan in our home doing the install.

We are happy with our new Lennox system. Collins did a good job of installing the whole package in one day. John L., Chris B., Armando C., and Derek M. did a great job. They were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. The workmanship was excellent and they did a good job cleaning up. The system has met or exceeded our expectations and it is sooo quiet. All in all, we are very satisfied. Thanks Collins!

A couple weeks ago, I had a new AC installed in the attic with a vaulted ceiling. Not a lot of work space. Collin Comfort Masters sent Justin G and Boomer, their best or two of their best men for the job. They explained what they were going to do. They were very safety conscious and careful not to damage the carpet by first laying out a walk cloth that covered the entire area. Justin was the more experienced, doing most of the work. He was in the attic all day without a lunch! Boomer was an great help. He must of went up and down the stairs a hundred times. The new AC works great! I know Justin installed the AC as if it was his own being very detailed. I'm very pleased I found Collins Comfort Masters.

[redacted] came out yesterday to look at my Heat Pump. He found the problem and proceded to order the part, go pick it up, and then replaced it. He was very prompt, curteous, and efficient. Everything was taken care of within a few hours. I have worked with Comfort Masters for a number of years, and appreciate their honest and timely work.

The technitians from Collins Comfort Masters came for a pre-summer checkup and were fast and very knowledgeable. I appreciated [redacted] and the other tech (whose name I do not recall) explaining everything they did and why and that they did not try to sell me something that I did not need.
