Collins Comfort Masters sold me the current AC/Heating unit I have in my house. They did an outstanding job of installing my unit even with the very tight space they had in my attic to install the air handler. When they do the yearly service on my unit they are always very professional.

Everyone advertises “the best” but few ever deliver a consistent, professional job from start to finish. After 45 years, 7 homes and countless dollars allocated to remodeling costs and improvements, this company, staff and managers exceeded even my critical expectations. From the first contact to the final clean up, Collins Comfort Masters did an exceptional job. Garrett reviewed our existing system and explained the advantages of the new system. Our SEER rating improved dramatically, and our electric bills will come down. The installers were [redacted] and [redacted]. They did an excellent job. They balanced the system, and we have never has such an even temperature in the house. They put down a tarp inside the house, and never made any marks on the tile or carpet. The clean up was complete. When they left, you could not tell that anyone had been there. They explained the thermostat operation and showed us how to use it. I will use them again, without hesitation.

I just had Collins Comfort Masters install two new split gas AC units at my house. I heard about them through [redacted]. Since they were associated with [redacted] I assumed they must be good. The whole process went smooth from estimate to scheduling to installation. They arrived today on time at 7:15 as scheduled and the installation was completed on both of my units by 4:30PM. They installed and checked out both units in one day as promised. They did a great job of cleaning up when the work was completed. The install team of Jose V., John L., Armando G. and Lujandro were a very professional and friendly team. The team lead, Jose V. did a great job of explaining everything. On Friday, October 23, 2015, Collins Comfort Master installed a 4 ton Lennox heat pump at our home. John L. and Armando G. were very professional, efficient, and careful to keep our home clean; Armando always seemed to have a smile on his face. These were great guys to work with.

Collins comfort Masters sent out [redacted] to help us resolve our non working air conditioner. He looked the situation over, then explained what was going on the motor had seized up from broken ball bearings. My husband had serious back operation a few days ago so we were quite concern with the situation. [redacted] quoted us a price that we agreed to. He ordered the motor, went immediately to get it. We were surprised how quickly he returned, installed the motor and checked things out. The air conditioner is working great!

Thankfully our AC went out at the end of the summer so we were able to survive without ac. Collins has been servicing our units so we called to get an estimate for a new unit. Garrett came out the next day, helped us with all the information/paperwork etc to get our rebates. A few days later Jose V and Lojandro were there to install. They were very professional, fixed some problems that the original installers made when the house was built 10 years ago. They made sure everything was installed to our satisfaction and answered all of our questions. Great hard workers and everything was cleaned up and installed in less than 8 hours. Even though we had other cheaper estimates we are certain we made the best decision going with Collins and their competent installers.

The technician ([redacted]) was very thorough in explaining the inspection process. My husband and I felt very appreciative of his professional demeanor. And, also, thank you for wearing protective shoe covers! I would recommend Collins Comfort Masters to anyone!

They squeezed us in on the very same day that we called, and when it was decided that we needed to purchase a new unit, their sales rep Steve arrived within the hour. Their service tech and sales reps were both totally professional and very helpful. Their installers, Anthony and Duran, were wonderful. They worked quickly to get our new unit installed and up and running in the least intrusive manner. The technicians arrived right on time and were well dressed and most polite. I believe one of them to be a trainer of the other and he was very knowledgeable about my Trane Cleaneffects. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired in less than 20 minutes. I regard this as the best $72 dollars that I have spent in a long time.! I will definitely send all my future business to Colllins.

I found Collins Comfort Masters through [redacted]. Even without the [redacted] discounts their bid for a 3 1/2 ton HVAC system was lowest. They were punctual, friendly and thorough. [redacted]., who took our order, was knowledgeable and listened carefully to my concerns and needs and addressed each to my satisfaction. He also taught me more about my existing system. The installers, [redacted]. and [redacted] were here on time, very friendly and congenial gentlemen who introduced themselves and set right to work. The installation was not without challenges as we have a skylight to have to work around. They were professional, cleaned up the job site, paid attention to the details while sealing the unit in place and were always open to questions as they worked.
