Today we had a new air conditioner heating system installed by [redacted]. and [redacted]. They arrived on time and finished just under the 8 hour installation quote. They cleaned up after themselves and were patient explaining the new thermostat to my elderly mother. We had concerns about the air flow to both bedrooms with our old system. They spent the time necessary to direct the air flow to the spaces we wanted. They went over the warranty again and reminded us about the bi-annual maintenance service. We are very satisfied.

We were delighted with the service, professionalism and cleanliness of the gentlemen that installed our new air conditioning/heating units. [redacted] and [redacted] were friendly and very proficient with their work. I am going to recommend them to all of our neighbors! Job well done guys! Thanks

I few days ago, [redacted] came to do a Master-Tune-Up on an A/C unit Collins Comfort Masters installed several years ago. The Tune-Up included flushing the water heater. Everything that was done was thoroughly explained, including recommendations of things we can do to improve the life and efficiency of our A/C unit and water heater. [redacted] was on time, polite and thorough.

Collins Comfort Masters has serviced my a/c unit for most of the 25 years I have lived in this home. They also installed a new unit a few years ago. I always ask for Fred when it is time for the annual tune-up on the unit. He is consistently professional and knowledgeable in his field and goes the extra mile to ensure he has provided excellent service.

I found Collins Comfort Masters through [redacted]. Even without the [redacted] discounts their bid for a 3 1/2 ton HVAC system was lowest. They were punctual, friendly and thorough. [redacted]., who took our order, was knowledgeable and listened carefully to my concerns and needs and addressed each to my satisfaction. He also taught me more about my existing system. The installers, [redacted]. and [redacted] were here on time, very friendly and congenial gentlemen who introduced themselves and set right to work. The installation was not without challenges as we have a skylight to have to work around. They were professional, cleaned up the job site, paid attention to the details while sealing the unit in place and were always open to questions as they worked. This was a very positive experience and overall I could not have asked for more.

We've been using Collins Comfort since we moved to our new house in 2012. We used the company based on the previous owner's experiences. We couldn't be more happy. They are always informative, professional and great to work with.

Early the morning of 8 May 4 young men appeared at our door and were introduced as [redacted] and [redacted] and stated they were here to remove our old and install a new A/C system to be completed that day. They proceeded to work as a team, each doing their part of the job. They worked thru the day with minimum noise. At the end of the day the four men appeared together and stated that the work was complete and the system was operational and handed us a number of manuals and answered all of our questions.

We commend the team for a Job well done with little inconvenience to us. They left the job site spic and span.

Collins Comfort Master's employee Fred provided me with a Comfort Care

evaluation today. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and up to date with current technology. Over a year ago he also diagnosed and corrected a

heat pump temperature control problem. When it comes time to replace

my current unit I plan to use Collins Comfort Masters to do the work.

CALLED THEM AT AFTER 4PM ON A SATURDAY AND A TECH WAS OUT BEFORE 7 PM. HE TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND CHECKED OUR OTHER UNIT TO BE SURE IT WAS OK TOO.

I THOUGHT THE CHARGES WERE REASONABLE CONSIDERING IT WAS A SATURDAY NIGHT REPAIR.

Just had Collins install two split gas furnance, outdoor A/C units (a 5 ton and a 3.5 ton) and they did a great job. [redacted] gave me a great price and walked me through everything ahead of time, and the installers ([redacted],[redacted] and [redacted]) were supper. Temp was about 110 that day and they were in the attic from about 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Still they were very professional and neat and after they left it was like they were never here. They put down drop clothes and wore shoe covers whenever they were inside. The units are running great and [redacted] has also been very responsive after the installation date, helping me track down model and serial numbers for my files. I got five quotes for the work and am glad I went with Collins.

We had a great experience with CCM. Garret helped us pick out the right system and it has been working amazing. [redacted] and [redacted] installed our new system quickly and were very professional. It has been a week since our installation and we are very happy with the service CCM has provided.
