Kudos to the Collins Comfort Masters team for a job well done in installing new ducting in a very cramped and dusty attic space and the install of a new roof mount Heat Pump. Thanks to [redacted] and team; [redacted]., [redacted] &[redacted]. The job was scheduled to take 2.5 days but was completed in 1.5 days in spite of the usual tactical, mechanical and electrical issues that always seem to pop up with new product installs. Excellent work! Thank You!

They were very professional and made sure that they didn't get anything dirty that didn't need to. [redacted] and [redacted] worked very hard all day making sure my heating/ac unit was working properly.

Last Wednesday(2/18/2015), I had my air conditioning system replaced by Collins Comfort Masters. The technicians, [redacted]., [redacted]., and [redacted] did an excellent job installing the new 5 ton Lennox system. They were very professional and finished the job in one day. They paid attention to all the details and explained important things to me. Job well done!

[redacted] and [redacted] did a great job installing my air conditioning. Place was left neat and clean. They took care of making sure all details were taken care of even those that weren't spelled out in the work agreement to make sure my system will work great.

Since 2005, our family has been a well satisfied customer of Collins Comfort Masters for our HVAC services. Those services included the purchase of a new unit, annual HVAC servicing, as well as several manufacturer's equipment warranty work visits. In all cases, we've received top quality, professional results.
Today, we employed their newly formed plumbing service for a bathroom fixture repair / replacement job ... which we needed to have done sooner than ASAP! From first call-in yesterday to the final hand-shake upon completion today, the Collins' office person and, particularly, their plumbing tech Cameron did an excellent job getting the work accomplished ... including a budge-friendly price for the work.

From start to completion, every thing was excellent! The proposal/engineering review and installation schedule were exact and on time. The installation team was coordinated by Anthony who always answered my questions with enthusiasm, and can do reassurance's. Each of the of the workers ( Duran, Chris, John and Armando) efficiently worked as a team. Nice job, excellent product design that has greatly added to the comfort of our home!

Everyone I have dealt with in replacing my A/C unit from scheduling a consultation, the consultation itself and the installation were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Everyone was on time or even a bit early which was impressive. All questions I had were answered completely and thoroughly.

We had Collins Comfort Masters install a new Lennox system for our two-story home. Max D. came out and spent the time with us to explain all of our options and answer our questions. The two crews arrived on time and worked throughout the day. Jose V., John, Armando and Lujandro were polite, respectful of our property, and did a great job on the installation including clean-up after they were done. They also took the time to help us set up the wi-fi connection for the two thermostats. A week later, Derek M. inspected the installation and answered our questions. The system is working flawlessly so far and we are very pleased! Everyone involved in this process was courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. We will not hesitate to recommend Collins and their personnel to any of our friends.

We have been customers with Collins Comfort Masters since 2005. We own a few rentals and during the summer our unit went at one of the rentals, they not only showed up but repaired the unit before high noon!! They are honest and fair.

Today we had our usual yearly service call and [redacted] was just terrific!! Our dogs loved him. He took the time to answer my questions, made suggestions and we love [redacted]. Kudos to your company for hiring such a pleasant and professional man. Thanks!!

[redacted] was our service man, he came out to do a checkup on our roof mounted heat/air unit. Nice guy, honest, no pressure, did not try to sell me something I didn't need. This is the second time we have used Collins. I'll be using Collins again in the future and if [redacted] is available that is the service man I will ask for.
