CALLED THEM AT AFTER 4PM ON A SATURDAY AND A TECH WAS OUT BEFORE 7 PM. HE TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND CHECKED OUR OTHER UNIT TO BE SURE IT WAS OK TOO.

I THOUGHT THE CHARGES WERE REASONABLE CONSIDERING IT WAS A SATURDAY NIGHT REPAIR.

[redacted] and [redacted] did a great job installing my air conditioning. Place was left neat and clean. They took care of making sure all details were taken care of even those that weren't spelled out in the work agreement to make sure my system will work great.

Collins Comfort Master's employee Fred provided me with a Comfort Care

evaluation today. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and up to date with current technology. Over a year ago he also diagnosed and corrected a

heat pump temperature control problem. When it comes time to replace

my current unit I plan to use Collins Comfort Masters to do the work.

I was referred by a friend and recently had a complete air conditioning/heating replacement by Collins Comfort Masters. I have to say that I was very impressed with [redacted] and [redacted] with their professionalism and the how quickly they got this huge job done. I had complete confidence they knew what they were doing and they kept me updated on their progress. They actually finished earlier than expected. From start to completion, every thing was excellent! The proposal/engineering review and installation schedule were exact and on time. The installation team was coordinated by Anthony who always answered my questions with enthusiasm, and can do reassurance's. Each of the of the workers ( Duran, Chris, John and Armando) efficiently worked as a team. Nice job, excellent product design that has greatly added to the comfort of our home!

Last Wednesday(2/18/2015), I had my air conditioning system replaced by Collins Comfort Masters. The technicians, [redacted]., [redacted]., and [redacted] did an excellent job installing the new 5 ton Lennox system. They were very professional and finished the job in one day. They paid attention to all the details and explained important things to me. Job well done!

Since 2005, our family has been a well satisfied customer of Collins Comfort Masters for our HVAC services. Those services included the purchase of a new unit, annual HVAC servicing, as well as several manufacturer's equipment warranty work visits. In all cases, we've received top quality, professional results.
Today, we employed their newly formed plumbing service for a bathroom fixture repair / replacement job ... which we needed to have done sooner than ASAP! From first call-in yesterday to the final hand-shake upon completion today, the Collins' office person and, particularly, their plumbing tech Cameron did an excellent job getting the work accomplished ... including a budge-friendly price for the work.

This company was prompt on the initial call, provided a estimate and completed the installation as promised. [redacted]. And [redacted]. Completed the install, and double checked our other system as well. We are extremely pleased and would recommend this firm

No mess and reviewed the operating process with us.

Chris W., Chris B. Angel, and Conner were professional and competent installers. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up after they were done. They did a great job!

Early the morning of 8 May 4 young men appeared at our door and were introduced as [redacted] and [redacted] and stated they were here to remove our old and install a new A/C system to be completed that day. They proceeded to work as a team, each doing their part of the job. They worked thru the day with minimum noise. At the end of the day the four men appeared together and stated that the work was complete and the system was operational and handed us a number of manuals and answered all of our questions.

We commend the team for a Job well done with little inconvenience to us. They left the job site spic and span.

From scheduling an appointment with Finn, our consultion/sales process with [redacted] and the installation process with Jose V and Mark I, I can't not say enough good things. All along the way we were educated on the process. I was impressed by not only the professionalism but how kind everyone was. Thank you. In the past couple of weeks, I had Collins Comfort Masters install 2 new air conditioning units (purchased from [redacted]) and 1 new water heater (purchased from Collins Comfort Masters). [redacted] and [redacted] installed our [redacted] furnace and air conditioner in our home in Chandler on 3/26. They were both very professional. They were on time to begin work which is a plus in itself here in the valley. They answered all questions and made sure we understood how to operate our systems before leaving.
