after being a tenant for almost months, I was days late on a payment due to travel I attempted to pay online was given a message on their site that they wouldn't take my payment, with no further comment in addition to a late fee, they charged a dollar evicition letter fee but I hadn't received any communication from them the next day, after incurring another dollar daily late fee since they wouldn't take my payment the day prior, I left multiple Voice mails until they finally called back at the very end of they day the informed me that when paying late, they only accept certified funds, which they claim is in the contract, but their agent never told me that additionally, I asked about they dollar eviction letter fee, they stated that something was put on my door I explained it was not then I said what about sending me an email he said they did, but I recievved nothing so they charged dollars for an eviction threat they never actually did

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI would like to move forward with closing out my account with them and have all monies currently in reserve account returned as well as keys In addition, I would like a close out/move out report (never recieced) from when my tenants vacated my property on October 31stI also would like a line item as to why I received in the last months rent vs the month to month rate over (this was never explained as asked)Lastly, I transferred utilities and for both water and gas the previous tenants how an outstanding bill they never closed out with

In April of this year after a quick internet search I contacted Real Estate Pros to manage my residential rental property located at ** *** Ct, Amherst Ohio I was instructed to complete some online forms and send them an operating reserve of dollarsA few days after sending them the operating reserve I contacted Samantha S*** at the Independence, Ohio office and informed her I would be moving into the property instead of renting it out and that I would not need their servicesI requested that she refund my dollar operating reserve and she said to expect it in a couple weeksThey never performed any services related to renting the property and yet nearly three months later, I have not received my refundIn addition, they have been charging me a dollar per month management fee! I have tried to contact them several times via email and phone and I have received a few responses from Samantha stating she is working on itI will not pay the "property management f

I am a house owner at *** for a two-unit dwelling and used Columbus Realestate pros to manage my property for the past yearUnfortunately, they are the worst company I ever dealt withI totally regret it! They are lousy in following up with work orders for my tenants and irresponsive to phone callsThey also stole a few months of my rent monies which I have to fight to get them backThe company does not care about its poor reviews nor the court records for the numerous cases against themMy advise to you is to do your research! There are plenty of companies in *** that provide a much better service with comparable prices

We signed an agreement in May of this year to have our home in Cleveland rented by RealEstateProsThe individual assigned to do this, Al M***, has done nothingWe have been displeased with Al since he was placed in charge of our homeWe constantly escalated our displeasure to his boss, Brett S***, who was the Director of Ohio Operations, now the National Account Director The level of unprofessional is staggeringThe contract that we signed outlined in the first bullet that RealEstatePros would use their "Best Effort" to rent our home
Their marketing said they had a day guarantee for renting a homeIn that first days our home was not even advertised properly

I am a property owner who has used this company for years now! If you are considering this company you should run in the opposite direction!!!! Customer service is Horrible!!! I have never worked with a more poorly run business in my life of years!

I was previously a tenant in a Dublin, Ohio condo leased by Real Estate Pros On October 5, I notified them in writing via email sent to the support email address that the previous owner of the condo had sold the property effective September 29, thus ending their ability to act as an agent for the previous owner In the email I requested a full return of my Security Deposit of $1,as I had no outstanding balance I received no response
On October 11, 2017, I sent another email and left a voice mail on their "emergency" number asking for a response as soon as possible On October 13, I was contacted by Brian C***, a Leasing Agent for Real Estate Pros via email who stated "I just spoke with the property manager about your security deposit She said it was processed yesterday And, should be on it’s way now Please let me know if you have any further questions."

I reached out to MrBrett S*** for assistance managing our rental properties in ClevelandHe came across as a professional gentlemen and I expected everything to run smoothly based on the representations he made about this companyThis has not been the case, I have dealt with Karen F* and Chris T*** and both have done nothing to resolve my issueI spoke with both of them concerning the rent that was paid by one of our tenants in September in the amount of $They received the payment, it shows on our statement and we still have not received that paymentWhen I spoke with Karen at the end of October she assured me she would get this taken care of, as did Chris when I spoke with him in early November, to this date nothing has been doneI have emailed and left several messages to both of them, with no return calls and no response to any of my emailsThe lack of communication has been my biggest issue with them

We appreciate the concerns voiced here by this client, however invalid they may be With all due respect, this client's expectations regarding communications and services have been completely unrealistic Client would call repeatedly, not leave voice messages, hang up, and repeatedly
call until phone calls were answered live and then have "meltdowns" on the phone Multiple times, this client would call and yell at staff members, particularly the individual of initial contact, for components of the transaction with which that staff member had absolutely nothing to do with simply because that individual was available and accessible and gracious enough to repeatedly act as an emotional sounding board After praising our business for being "consummate professionals" when the client was unable to sell their home and had multiple deals fall through, the client was thrilled to use our service to guide him and through a process with which both he and his sales agent were completely unfamiliar In essence, we negotiated a challenging transaction which the client's sales agent was unable to facilitate for a fraction of the compensation received by the sales agent and successfully handled it We do not have, nor have we ever claimed to have, nor it is economically feasible to answer every call live but that is clearly the unrealistic expectation of this client For a job well done, our reward is to have a distasteful and extremely slanted complaint filled to damage our reputation and business We wish this client all the best with their property and whoever they choose to assist them although they would probably be best served by managing their own property as it is doubtful that any individual or company could meet their expectations

we have been a long term renter we have been seeking repairs for some MAJOR problems I have called and left over messages with NO return call I have sent emails with no response I put our rent in escrow and weeks after I did this they decided to evict us for non payment......maybe they should of listened to the numerous voice mails or read an email which informed them that it was in escrow Everything you are reading from other people is really how this company operates.....I have also stopped by office times and no one is ever in the office Find another company because this one will cause you needless issues and never step up and do anything Read the lawsuit *** ** *** *** *** it covers everything that we are all saying
