I entered into a lease agreement with Real Estate ProsMy rent of $is to be paid by the 5th of every month which I have done since moving inAfter my payment was posted in February I recieved late fees on my accountThe fees were because "water and sewer" charges were not paidI have never recieved a statement listing the water or sewer chargesJust charges on my account After I emailed someone on the Real Estate Pros staff my complaints of the fees on my account the fees were refundedI asked for a statement of the water and sewer charges and never received one When I went to make a payment for March online like I always do there was a banner across my screen saying my account is not eligible for payments please contact the officesOf course when I call the office there is no one there to answer my callsSo now my rent will be considered "late" even though I went to the website to log in to make a paymentThis is the worse company to ever rent from or do busin

There had been previous concerns with billing and communication regarding their service and we missed our chance to stop our contract at a year so we decided it was in our best interest to pay the roughly $termination fee to end their service than wait more monthsWe hand delivered a day notice on 2/29/and requested if there was anything else needed On 3/28/I again stopped in due to no response from phone calls to verify that everything was on schedule to terminate in days I was at that point notified that both renter and tenant had to complete an electronic termination agreement This email was not received until April 14th which was days past our termination date At that point we were still requesting our tenants $in security deposit and our $in operating expense back from themWe received only $back We followed up with calls (again with no response) and emails on 5/and 5/requesting why we were shorted $

We lived at a real-estate pros apartmentAfter they had health code violations, no heat being offered to our apartment (except the down stairs apartment having heat and thermostat- but that was not until months after we lived in the upstairs because the apartment downstairs was vacant) we also did not have a stove for months (which we were promised, they had a gas stove in a electric hookup location so it was not usable causing us to throw out groceries that couldn't be cooked and no way of warming food), the health inspector had came to this location and sighted them on many code violations
My son's bedroom was leaking rain water all over his bed- causing black mold on the ceiling When contacted (proof of this) they took over a week to even come fix it

I own a rental property in Berea Ohio for which Real Estate Pros handles the rental agreement The renter has made all payments on time, however, three months rent (Feb, Mar, and April) have not been remitted to us due to an error by RE Pros that incorrectly changed the name on my account making the proceeds checks non negotiable We have been trying to resolve this issue for the last several months without resolution We have made numerous calls to our RE Pros representative and he claims that he has tried to resolve the issue but it is not within his control They refuse to let me talk to a supervisor or accounting department The amount owing in $ We have had ongoing problems with is outfit for years and so has our renter

I walked the home that I am renting from Real Estate Pros prior to submitting an application on the home At the time, I was promised that the home would be repaired, clean, and ready for us to move in should we apply We agreed that I would accept the carpet as is and would not be charged for the pets I was bringingI immediately applied and was approved and submitted the deposit to hold the account We agreed upon a move in date of 5/and I signed the pre-move in paperwork and lease paperwork on the 3rd of May On the 18th I was informed that I was not to pay a pet rent which was not disclosed at all during the entire process I did not fight this as I was now in a limited time period as we would have had no other place to move However, on the 21st when we moved in we found that the home had not been repaired It was filthy and still full of the old tenants things and had a massive water leak It took over a week for them to remove the old items and to stop the leak We

I am a property owner who has used this company for years now! If you are considering this company you should run in the opposite direction!!!! Customer service is Horrible!!! I have never worked with a more poorly run business in my life of years!

I am the owner of a property in ***, OH that was being managed by Columbus Real Estate Pros Back in May, 2017, I have decided to manage the property myself after several years of a pattern of complaints from renters about Columbus Real Estate Pros The lease was supposed to expire on June 30, My contract with Columbus Real Estate Pros includes a clause that to terminate the agreement I need to give a days written notice I provided such notice via email to Brett S*** on May I specifically requested that the email be considered as a written termination notice I requested closing my account with Real Estate Pros and receiving the $reserve money in my account I also requested that Real Estate Pros not send a renewal lease to the tenant I stated that I will reach out to him and see if he is willing to sign a lease directly with me starting July 1st

At the time of this response and as of the beginning of November, all the requests of the tenant have been met, including the special order and installation of a custom screen door for the property All communications between the assigned property manager and the tenant have been pleasant for a substantial amount of time and, to the best of our knowledge, this matter is resolved and has been resolved for 45+ days Thank you

I lived at *** * *** St until March of this yearI was renting a condo from the owner, who was using Real Estate Pros as the property managerAfter multiple complaints about Real Estate Pros from myself, my roommate and the owner, he decided to switch to *** Property Management in August of Real Estate Pros was supposed to send our security deposit of $to ***, which they never didThe owner then sold the condo in and again reached out to Real Estate Pros to have them mail our deposit to *** which they refused because they said the owner owed for repairs ( that were never actually done) so they were holding our security deposit until he paid themWhich is illegalWe are owed our security deposit and I have tried to call them, with no return phone callsI was told by one rep that he would look into and then he never called me backI have still yet to have anyone return my voicemails, or emails

My wife *** and I have been sent to collections by ColumbusRealEstatePros for a matter that we do not understand and are trying to resolve The collections agency is *** and we have provided all the documentation that we have (attached)

I have only indicated an intent to lease my property through real estate pros and have never expressed intent to sell the property through them, however they are saying I can only sell the property with them as my agentI reviewed the contract and it states: Section 1: Appointment of Managing AgentOwner hereby appoints Agent as sole and exclusive Agent of owner to market, lease, manage "or" sell the property described upon the terms that will follow
This is an "or" statement, not an "and" statementI believe they are trying to use this ambiguity to scam individuals who use real estate pros to manage rental properties for them

I would like to share my experience with Columbus Real Estate Pros aka Property Management ProsI can say that I have not one complaint for this rental companyFrom the start of our walk-through at our rental home, through the application process and into our living situation, Property Management Pros always went above and beyond the call of dutyThey handled our maintenance requests either that day or ensure they would be out the following dayThey have made rental payments and maintenance requests almost TOO convenient on their client portal website, making your busy life much easierI HIGHLY recommend them to anyone just starting out to rent, trying to get out of a difficult rental situation as well as long time rentersThank you Property Management Pros!!

On Feb/we called Columbuse Realestate Pros due to water backing up in our Kitchen sink we had and maintence person com out to our house on 3/and found that it was a build up in our pipe that cause the waster from the sink and dishwasher to back up he had to replace a piece of pipe in the basement to fix the issue When talking to the tech he states that he could not say it was our fault that caused the bak up so he was not going to charge us for the service On March we got and email asking if the repairs completed were working properly and done in a timely manner and wanted us to do a survey on 3/we got another email but this was for a statement that was for our April 1st rent payment and also past due chage of maintenace and repair for $and also say routine maintWe recieve the the email with the statement at 5:pm and they close at pm My Husband Called on Monday 3/and talked to a Karen and she states they there were changes in the contract that w

I have tried to resolve a billing issue with REP since Feb A charge was placed on my account with no descriptionI emailed (because calls are NEVER answered or returned) and I had no response about what the charge wasSo I of course did not pay itSince Feb I have emailed times and over phone callsOut of all of that, 4-emails have been returnedThey were confused on what the $was on my accountAfter my own research, they did not charge me water for months in their error, and then decided to place it on my account at once with no explanationSo from May until now 7/7/16, late fees of over $are being placed on my account each day that goes by for $worth of water bills that I was not aware ofI also stopped into the office & spoke with a lady who assured me that resolution would be made if I pay the $97.25, so I did that days laterStill no resolutionThey continue to apply my rent every month, but charge late fees every day for some
