I am rejecting this response because: Second part of my complaint is that the Sacto bee illegally charged my credit card After I cancelled account for [redacted] subscription for $cancelled 4/12/on 4/14/they charged my credit card $I purchased [redacted] on 4/17/WHY WOULD I PAY TWICE for month of AprilThey charged my credit card for [redacted] subscription AFTER I CANCELLEDWould like proof that they credited my credit cardthen account would be settled

This complaint has been given to the local distributor and regional managerA message was sent back on 8/25/and again on 9/6/These deliveries should not be going to this addressWe tried to call Ms [redacted] to follow up on this complaint, but there was no answerPlease feel free to contact us at [redacted] if you have any further questions or concerns.Thank you

Customer address has been removed from the YES/MVP delivery database and will no longer receive the driveway deliveryDistribution has flagged the address and will work with the carrier to no longer deliverIf you have any further questions or requests please feel free to contact us at [redacted] .?

Customer has been an active subscriber for several yearsThe same billing process of allowing a grace period for the renewal payment has not changedThe payments The Bee has been receiving have come after the account expiresThe payment of $on 7/28/paid the account from 6/9/15-7/14/ The Bee sent out a first renewal notice on 7/30/15, after the payment posted since the payment was received lateThe second renewal was sent on 8/13/& the third reenewal on 9/17/The payment was received on 10/6/but paid for past papers 7/14/15-8/18/All renewal notices state the paper will continue unless The Bee is notified otherwiseIn this case, the account was being paid after the expiration date each time, however we did not stop Mr [redacted] 's account since we allow a day grace period for the payments to be received and processedThe Bee also sent out other notices on 10/8/and 10/22/before the account was stopped on 11/16/and a final notice was mailed.We do apologize for the frustration and for the customer service experienceAs of today, we have cleared the balance on this account to a zero balanceIn the future, please note The Bee bills in advance and also allows a grace period for the renewal payments to process without an interruption in service.Please feel free to contact us at [redacted] if you have any further questions or concerns.Thank you

Contacted customer and customer was satisfied with end result.?

Customer agreed to having their account on automatic renewal with a credit card however the payments were being declined as of 01/11/During that time we do make several attempts to contact the customer mail, phone and if email is available on the accountCustomer did receive the product from 01/06-04/without payment which is why the account was stopped 04/for non-paymentCustomer did make a payment over the phone however if the customer would like a refund we can process that but the account will still have an outstanding balanceIf you have any further questions please contact us at [redacted] ?

I am rejecting this response because: they never called me until after the Revdex.com complaintI don't believe anything is going to change? McClatchey will continue to take subscriber and advertiser money with little regard to their part ? of the contract.m

We have a future message going to the carrier to ensure the daily delivery Monday through Saturday at 05:am and Sunday at 06:am inside the security gateWe also submitted customer information to the local distributor and our Regional Manager [redacted] for assistance to correct the delivery If you have any further questions please contact us at [redacted]
