Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I only agree to this resolution if I receive my paper on a daily basis without fail I will file another complaint if at any time I do not receive my paper in a timely fashion I was given a direct contact number to make sure my paper is received which I was never given prior to this time Only a 1-# was available to call I have the right to continue to file complaints with Revdex.com if The Sacramento Bee does not follow through with continued customer service of making sure paper is delivered on a daily basis and customer service is improved

Customer account was not reported to any credit reporting agencies and it will not impact credit score or credit reportWe adjusted the account to a zero balance so that they will not receive any calls or letters regarding an outstanding balanceOur published rate for The Bee is $per weekWhile rates are subject to change as stated on all renewals bills, your rate was on a discounted rate from our full priceAlso not every customer will pay the same amount due to different delivery schedules and additional items that a customer can add to their subscription which is not included to pricingIf you have any additional questions or request please contact us at [redacted]

? Revdex.com: I will accept this ONLY if I get my paper delivered this Sunday? They didn't deliver last week despite several calls and multiple emails? This Sunday's paper has never been delivered, either, despite multiple emails and email responses from them promising the paper every day for the last days? I'll believe there's some VIP list and that there's an actual Distribution Director when I see it? I've ALSO been promised on separate occasions a call from a distribution manager which never happened.? If my paper isn't received on Sunday morning (08/13), I won't want to be on some stupid list? I'll want my refund? And if any other paper is missed where I have to call or write again, I want a refund?

Customer's account was cleared on 10/8/Customer has been receiving the Sunday paper since 10/15/The account was originally started with a Groupon offerPrior to the Groupon offer expiring, The Bee sent out a renewal notice on 3/10/Ms [redacted] renewed at that time by paying for another weeks of Sunday deliveryAs standard practice, The Bee sent out a renewal on 3/23/(prior to the expiration date of 4/12/15)A second renewal was sent on 5/11/and a third renewal on 6/15/All renewal notices state, "The paper will continue automatically, unless The Bee is notified otherwise." The Bee also sends out email reminders and makes phone calls to contact the customerIn this case, the amount of $was cleared and the collection vendor was contacted to stop any further notificationsThe collection vendor (A.R.M) is a third party vendor who sends out final notices to collect on past balancesThe Bee does not report subscription accounts to any collection agency or bureauThe A.R.M notifications do not show up on any customer's credit report.Please feel free to contact us at [redacted] if you have any further questions or concerns.Thank you

As per conversation with [redacted] ***Customer was provided full break down of account such as auto payCustomer has their account set up for every weeks and all auto pay transactions are only processed on Monday'sAs explained to customer who had expired on a Wednesday they will not be charged until that following MondayVerified transaction date of payment and date coverage of their subscription*Explained to customer how each individual account is personalizedCustomer's have different options such as delivery days, length of payment and bill vs auto pay *Customer mentioned relatives pricing and as explained to customer each subscription can be purchased through a variety of different third party vendors, online or mail offers that provided different promotional pricing*Customer mentioned that she was having a delivery issues with the carrierI explained that the carrier are not Bee employees but independently contractedI reviewed with the customer the last complaint processed on her account was 11/16/and within the last four months prior to November customer had made three delivery complaints a monthBefore the call had ended customer and I had agreed on her contacting me after she had finished "doing her research" and that I would be replying to Revdex.com complaintAs of today 02:pm I still have not heard from customer

The Bee apologizes for the problems arising againThis information was given to the proper management back on 1/19/as a follow upThe last complaint on this customer's account was 1/12/The complaint was for a missing paper on 1/10/and a credit was applied to the accountThe distributor was sent a reminder message on 1/24/to deliver the paper every SundayThere have been no further complaints on the account since the reminder message was sent on 1/24/The distributor ans Regional Manager continue to have this customer's account on a 'high alert' list to confirm the Sunday delivery happens each week.Please feel free to contact us at [redacted] Thank you
