I am rejecting this response because: Closure of this case is pending validation that circular has stopped. I will observe for 30 days. If no additional circulars are received, this case can be closed. I will update status within 30 days of it is possible to do so.

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted the Revdex.com on August 23rd, 2017 regarding a collections issue with The Sacramento Bee. The response I received from The Sacramento Bee was dissatisfactory as it did not state that the billing issues have been resolved and the customer account closed as requested. I was not able to respond to the Revdex.com within seven calendar days in order to state that this issue has been resolved as I was waiting for The Sacramento Bee to resolve the issue on their end like they said they would. This issue has not been resolved, unfortunately. Two days after the complaint was closed, September 1st 2017, The Sacramento Bee activated my account without my consent and delivered a Sunday paper to my driveway. I cancelled my subscription March 6th, 2017 with the agreed upon 'end date' of May 21, 2017 which marked 52 weeks of Sunday only subscription though [redacted]. Never at any point thereafter did I request to have the subscription renewed. Nowhere in my communications through the Revdex.com or through any telephone communications with The Sacramento Bee did I indicate or suggest that I would like to continue my subscription with The Sacramento Bee. I contacted The Sacramento Bee this morning, September 5th, 2017, at approximately 8:40 am [PST] and spoke to [redacted] [employee number [redacted]] who confirmed that The Sacramento Bee had renewed my subscription for another 52 weeks of Sunday delivery. I then informed him that they did this in error and WITHOUT my consent as I did NOT request a renewal and that I wanted this stopped immediately. The representative then tried to get me to renew my subscription for $0.67 a week, after which I declined stating they have violated my trust by not adhering to their guarantee to cancel my account and remove any debt they claimed I owed as I already paid through [redacted]. I am further frustrated by the fact that their customer service department refuses to give me a written warranty that my account has been settled and is cancelled with all balances owing past and present being nil. All I have is a verbal guarantee from this customer service representative and I am not 100% assured that they are good on their promises as they've dishonored their verbal promises time and time again in dealing with these discrepancies. I have been trying to resolve this [redacted] subscription matter for over a year now with little to no cooperation from The Sacramento Bee. Furthermore, the issue of harassment needs to be addressed. Their practice of renewing customer subscriptions without customer consent and continuing delivery of an unwanted product in attempt to collect payment is as malice as it is a strong arm tactic attempting to bully the customer. I feel incredibly violated as a consumer and left with little recourse outside of pursuing legal action. This act of intimidation is equivalent to rape as The Sacramento Bee tries to rape my pocketbook in reprisal for canceling a service due to dissatisfaction with the company as a result of their business practices. I will not continue to be taken advantage of by The Sacramento Bee; I told them “NO” I don’t want their product or service anymore and they will not leave me alone. At this point they are harassing me and I want it to stop.

Bee's response is satisfactory.  My expectation is to get a full refund of $55.63.  They are offering the 90 day grace period as a courtesy and should have no expectation of payment.  The employee #[redacted] led me to believe that was the only way to stop the phone calls and the threat of sending to collection.
