This account started on 11/15/The payment posted on 11/19/for weeksThe expiration date was 1/16/Customer should have gotten a receipt at the time of the saleOn the order form and receipt, The Bee states the paper will continue automatically unless notified otherwiseIn this case, The Bee sent out renewal notices (one weeks prior to the expiration date on 12/29/14, another on 2/16/and the third on 3/23/15)The Bee sends these renewals out to inform the customer of the renewal paymentThese notices also state, The Bee will continue automatically unless notified otherwiseSince The Bee does not stop the paper automatically, the papers continue on a grace periodDuring this time, The Bee also sends email notifications and reminder calls from our retention vendorsThere is no indication we received a call or email to stop the deliveryHowever, since Mr [redacted] was under the impression the paper would stop, The Bee has honored the adjustment of $to zero out the balance on the account as of 7/9/15.Please note, the company A.R.M is a third party vendor who attempts collection for The BeeMr [redacted] is not reported to a credit agency and this will not appear on his credit reportA.R.M has been notified to stop all collection effortsIn the future, if Mr[redacted] decides to start a subcsription, please note the paper continues until The Bee is notified to cancel the service.Please feel free to contact us at [redacted] if you have any further questions or concerns.Thank You

Customer submitted a temporary stop from 01/15-02/through our automated service then customer called in on 02/asking for another stop from 02/05-02/requesting for us to hold the papers and to deliver them upon her returnFor those papers she was charged for since she did receive themShe had expired on 02/so her payment post on 02/for $for weeks however the customer did continue on a temporary stop from 02/26-04/which she did receive credit for which is why she received a refund of $The Bee vacation policy since Sept that a customer can place an account on hold with the options of holding the papers and delivering when they return, donating the papers to your local school or granting access to our online E-editionIf a customer will be gone for more than days we can credit the account from the 21st day more moving forward like the the temporary stop from 02/05-04/If you have any further questions or concerns please contact us at [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I do not use internet for the Bee and have no choice since it is a automatic add to paper subscriptionSo I am already paying for something I don't useNo only? am?
