Customer has been contacted by a supervisor and a delivery escalation has been communicated to the distribution management team to work the carrier to correct daily deliveryIf you have any further questions or request please feel free to contact us at [redacted]

This account was started 4/25/for weekend service onlyWhen the salesperson sold the subscription, he/she should have also given the customer a receiptOn the receipt, it states the paper will continue unless The Bee is notified otherwiseThe account was set to expire on 6/28/However, as part of standard practice, The Bee sends out a renewal bill 3-weeks in advance to notify customers the paper will continue unless The Bee is notified otherwiseAfter the first renewal, Thed Bee sends a second and a third renewal with the same informationIn this case, the renewals were sent on 6/8/15, 7/27/and 8/31/before the account was stopped on 9/26/Since Mr [redacted] claims he was unaware of calling to cancel, The Bee has cleared the balance of $All collection efforts have been requested to stopAnd, this does not affect Mr [redacted] 's creditThe collection company we use is a 3rd party vendor contracted to collect past due balances.Please feel free to contact us at [redacted] if you have any further questions or concerns.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I was out of town when you sent your email and I was unable to respondwithin seven days Vacation hold, remember? I returned to Sacramento last night The Bee’s response to my complaint is boloney I contracted with the Bee and prepaid to have paper newspapers delivered to my home Period I was never informed of their “new vacation policy” or I would have handled things differently They say the policy dates to This means that I have been fleeced several times in the last few years without my even knowing itTheir online offering is there whether I have a subscription or not I want my two weeks extended or I want a refund This is a desperate, underhanded method of stealing money from the few remaining subscribers the Bee hasThe Bee has shown themselves to be dishonest and desperate They are going to do this to you when you go on vacation Please review my case again Thanks[redacted] *

We will continue to work the carrier to bag your paper and to throw paper closer to the home and not the gutterThe Bee delivery policy is driveway delivery however will submit your requestI have also requested for the Director of Distribution [redacted] ? to contact you to review the delivery as per your request.? In regards to customer service we have reviewed their notes and they have done everything correct such as submitting delivery escalations that have been to distribution to correct delivery and a call back from distribution.? ? I am rejecting this response because:The attached document is the monthly invoice I receive from the Sacramento Bee This invoice documents and verifies the validity of this complaint, namely,"The Sacramento Bee submits written billing notices to my family every few weeks and they do not note or itemizes the date and amount of each payment received by and deposited by the Sacramento BeeI have mailed letters of complaint to the Sacramento Bee requesting that they acknowledge each payment and the date and amount of each payment made by me toward the amount owedThe Sacramento Bee fails to list subscription amount owed and subscription payment madeThe Sacramento Bee has failed to respond to letters, emails, and phone calls."The Sacramento Bee invoice attached document verifies the validity of my continuing complaintThis monthly invoice fails to do the following: 1) Does not list the monthly payment 2) Does not list the amount owed 3) Does not list list each of the checks deposited as payments by the Sacramento Bee, the date of each deposit/payment, the balance owed after each deposit, and the balance remaining unpaid '''

Thank you for The Sacramento Bee, We appreciate your readership however as per your request we do have a temporary stop in place from 04/12-04/Our vacation policy did change September of when our digital launch came into effectWith having digital plus it will allow you to access The Bee 24/wherever you are in the worldWe do have two other options during your vacation such as us holding those papers and delivering them upon your return or donating the papers to your local schoolsIf you need any assistance with activating your digital that's included with your subscription please go to our site at [redacted] activate or contact us at [redacted]
