I am rejecting this response because:I just wanted to know if Mr [redacted] is with the Sacramento Bee or if he is with R & A Distribution.? I have already spoken many times with the Bee but my issue is with the contractor working for the Bee in our area, R & A Distribution.? R & A Distribution won't even answer their telephone, which I have called multiple times but no one answers.? R & A Distribution is the company at fault in this matter

I am rejecting this response because: I received a all from a supervisor at the Bee on 3/the only thing I got from her was that she would contact the distribution directorThat was itI still am not receiving a paper it is now daysWhy this person notes " late delivery" I'm not sureshe should have said "no delivery" Nothing has been resolved & I have no indication of if or when it will beI thank you for your help

I am rejecting this response because: still NO IMPROVEMENT, the paper is delivered LATE EVERY DAY, i.eSun3/5@ 9.00; Mon3/@ 7:30; Tue, 3/@8:00; Wed3/@ 7;55; & Thr3/(today) @8;Suggesting calling the 800-284-phone number is a joke, I've called that number numerous times and got NO RESULTS, that why I contacted the Revdex.comI'd like Regional Manager [redacted] to advise what's a reasonable time to expect the paper to be deliveredI was told several times by Bee representatives, when I called the # referred to in the Bee's response that the paper should be delivered prior to 6:on weekdays & 7:on weekends, this NEVER HAPPENED not even one timeBy the way about plus months ago the paper was always delivered by 6:Obviously they have a different carrier who apparently delivers the paper at their convenienceReceiving the paper this late every day, does me know good as I don't have time to read it until I get home in the evening after work.?

I am rejecting this response because:It was nice to actually receive a response from The Sacramento BeeIt was also nice, seeing as we pre-pay for daily newspaper delivery, that we received one paper as arranged (that was on WEDNESDAY)Today is Saturday, and we have NOT received Sacramento Bee newspapers on THURSDAY, FRIDAY, and SATURDAYConsider us still outragedThe only reason we're not contacting customer service (as we have upwards of times) is that we know it's closed on SaturdaysThey will hear from us tomorrow
