delivery issue credits, vacations, type of service, etc)The rates are not based on the years of being a subscriberIn this case, the *** residence is on an automatic payment cycle every weeksOver the years, The Bee has had a price increase which affects all customers at different timesCurrently, the *** residence is paying $every weeksThe Published rate (located on page 2A in the paper everyday) is $16.33/week or $every weeks.? rejecting this response because:I just wanted to know if Mr*** is with the Sacramento Bee or if he is with R & A Distribution.? I have already spoken many times with the Bee but my issue is with the contractor working for the Bee in our area, R & A Distribution.? R & A Distribution won't even answer their telephone, which I have called multiple times but no one answers.? R & A Distribution is the company at fault in this matter

Customer spoke with a representative on 12/1/The representative processed the complaint and applied the day creditAs requested, the representative sent a separate request to the distributor and Regional Manager who handle home deliveryThe request was to contact the customer and straightened out the delivery issuesSince the customer has not received a response, we have included the Director of Home Delivery on this complaint and requested a resolution.?
