I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I finally received the papers for the dates of 1-2-and 1-3-today, 1-30-18. Its sad that I had to make numerous calls to the Bees customer service line and finally, as a last resort, file a complaint with the Revdex.com to get results. I've been a Bee subscriber for about thirty years at this address and have never seen customer service this bad

The customer phone number was removed for their old account and was added to our Do Not Call list so they will no longer receive any calls from The BeeIf you have any further questions or concerns please contact us at ***.

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted the Revdex.com on August 23rd, regarding a collections issue with The Sacramento BeeThe response I received from The Sacramento Bee was dissatisfactory as it did not state that the billing issues have been resolved and the customer account closed as requestedI was not able to respond to the Revdex.com within seven calendar days in order to state that this issue has been resolved as I was waiting for The Sacramento Bee to resolve the issue on their end like they said they wouldThis issue has not been resolved, unfortunatelyTwo days after the complaint was closed, September 1st 2017, The Sacramento Bee activated my account without my consent and delivered a Sunday paper to my drivewayI cancelled my subscription March 6th, with the agreed upon 'end date' of May 21, which marked weeks of Sunday only subscription though ***Never at any point thereafter did I request to have the subscription renewedNowhere in my communications through the Revdex.com or through any telephone communications with The Sacramento Bee did I indicate or suggest that I would like to continue my subscription with The Sacramento BeeI contacted The Sacramento Bee this morning, September 5th, 2017, at approximately 8:am [PST] and spoke to *** [employee number ***] who confirmed that The Sacramento Bee had renewed my subscription for another weeks of Sunday deliveryI then informed him that they did this in error and WITHOUT my consent as I did NOT request a renewal and that I wanted this stopped immediatelyThe representative then tried to get me to renew my subscription for $a week, after which I declined stating they have violated my trust by not adhering to their guarantee to cancel my account and remove any debt they claimed I owed as I already paid through ***I am further frustrated by the fact that their customer service department refuses to give me a written warranty that my account has been settled and is cancelled with all balances owing past and present being nilAll I have is a verbal guarantee from this customer service representative and I am not 100% assured that they are good on their promises as they've dishonored their verbal promises time and time again in dealing with these discrepanciesI have been trying to resolve this *** subscription matter for over a year now with little to no cooperation from The Sacramento BeeFurthermore, the issue of harassment needs to be addressedTheir practice of renewing customer subscriptions without customer consent and continuing delivery of an unwanted product in attempt to collect payment is as malice as it is a strong arm tactic attempting to bully the customerI feel incredibly violated as a consumer and left with little recourse outside of pursuing legal actionThis act of intimidation is equivalent to rape as The Sacramento Bee tries to rape my pocketbook in reprisal for canceling a service due to dissatisfaction with the company as a result of their business practicesI will not continue to be taken advantage of by The Sacramento Bee; I told them “NO” I don’t want their product or service anymore and they will not leave me aloneAt this point they are harassing me and I want it to stop

Spoke with The Sacramento Bee representative and am happy that they will honor the original agreement of my initial subscription

Customer's subscription was supposed to start Sunday 5/1/We apologize for the missed deliveries on Sunday 5/and Sunday 5/We have processed a complaint for both days and we have notified the distributor and Regional Manager in this areaWe have requested the Sunday 5/paper be delivered
today 5/We have also credited the account for the missing papersThis will be resolved as of this coming weekend.Please feel free to contact us at *** if you have any further questions or concerns.Thank you

Customer agreed to having their account on automatic renewal with a credit card however the payments were being declined as of 01/11/During that time we do make several attempts to contact the customer mail, phone and if email is available on the accountCustomer did receive the product from
01/06-04/without payment which is why the account was stopped 04/for non-paymentCustomer did make a payment over the phone however if the customer would like a refund we can process that but the account will still have an outstanding balanceIf you have any further questions please contact us at ***

All I want is to received my newspapers on the day we agreed which is Fri, Sat and Sunday When I did not receive a paper I contacted the non delivery phone line and the automated system says a paper will be scheduled but this never happens except for yesterday, Sunday I finally received a paper at 2:PM which is very late. I would feel better talking to someone directly vs an automated system that only pushes the problem into the next week If I say this is an ongoing problem the system just kicks me out only to wait to a business day Thanks for for the immediate follow up and hopefully the Bee will value me as a customer going forward and prevent this poor delivery system and or/person from making so many frequent mom deliveries. As I understand it, the SacBee will stop delivery of their paper and I will not be liable for any payments, beyond my last subscription payment, that were being coerced on to me by their independent contractor. Adding: Thank you, Sacramento Revdex.com, for assisting me with this. It is 12/21/and found that the paper was still being delivered to me as of this morning. And, no one from the Sac Bee, where I left a voice mail message about a week ago, has returned my call has called to resolve this matter. Your message, of this morning, was of great relief to me.Again, thank you.-*** ***
