I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I guess we will wait and see if the calls stop. Ive been told that same line on the phone by atleast 3 of your call center employees.

Customer was contacted by a distribution supervisor and The Bee will honor the 3 month extension that the supervisor offered customer. The distribution supervisor will continue to work with the customer and distributor to correct delivery moving forward. If you have any further questions or requests please feel free to contact us at [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because:  On Dec. 1, 2015, the MVP paper was thrown on my driveway.  I did not receive the MVP paper in the mail.  Please verify your records.  I would like to keep this complaint open for two weeks to determine if the MVP paper is no longer thrown on my driveway.

? Customer submitted a temporary stop from 01/15-02/through our automated service then customer called in on 02/asking for another stop from 02/05-02/requesting for us to hold the papers and to deliver them upon her returnFor those papers she was charged for since she did receive
themShe had expired on 02/so her payment post on 02/for $for weeks however the customer did continue on a temporary stop from 02/26-04/which she did receive credit for which is why she received a refund of $The Bee vacation policy since Sept that a customer can place an account on hold with the options of holding the papers and delivering when they return, donating the papers to your local school or granting access to our online E-editionIf a customer will be gone for more than days we can credit the account from the 21st day more moving forward like the the temporary stop from 02/05-04/If you have any further questions or concerns please contact us at [redacted]?

I am rejecting this response because: The problem is still the same.? ? ? ? The paper was wet, not in a plastic bag on the 5th.? ? It is not inside our security gate by front door.? Sunday 5-8, did not receive the paper until a.m.? [redacted]

I received a all from a supervisor at the Bee on 3/the only thing I got from her was that she would contact the distribution directorThat was itI still am not receiving a paper it is now daysWhy this person notes " late delivery" I'm not sureshe should have said "no delivery" Nothing has been resolved & I have no indication of if or when it will beI thank you for your help

All I want is to received my newspapers on the day we agreed which is Fri, Sat and Sunday? When I did not receive a paper I contacted the non delivery phone line and the automated system says a paper will be scheduled but this never happens except for yesterday, Sunday I finally received a paper at 2:PM which is very late.? I would feel better talking to someone directly vs an automated system that only pushes the problem into the next week? If I say this is an ongoing problem the system just kicks me out only to wait to a business day? ? ? Thanks for for the immediate follow up and hopefully the Bee will value me as a customer going forward and prevent this poor delivery system and or/person from making so many frequent mom deliveries.?
