I am rejecting this response because: I do not use internet for the Bee and have no choice since it is a automatic add to paper subscriptionSo I am already paying for something I don't useNo only am I forced to pay for online option I don't use and now also the paper I don't get for the days I am on vacation

We have attempted to contact customer and we have a left message for *** *** as per her requestWe have also sent her delivery information to the local distributor and our Regional Manager of home delivery *** *** of her delivery escalations to assist with correcting the issues

response because:It was nice to actually receive a response from The Sacramento BeeIt was also nice, seeing as we pre-pay for daily newspaper delivery, that we received one paper as arranged (that was on WEDNESDAY). Today is Saturday, and we have NOT received Sacramento Bee newspapers on THURSDAY, FRIDAY, and SATURDAY. Consider us still outragedThe only reason we're not contacting customer service (as we have upwards of times) is that we know it's closed on SaturdaysThey will hear from us tomorrow.

I am rejecting this response because: Hello Revdex.com Thank You for your help with the sacramento bee sorry I have taken so long to get back to youI have now received a second check from sac bee it is for $and the 1st check I received from them was for $totaling $which was the original amount I paid them back in feb/march it was not needed that I received the full amount since I received papers at $a paper + $But if sac bee wishes to refund the full amount then I will go ahead and keep the $or if they wish I'll send it back to them. The currant status with the sacbee is they have me on a day free trial sunday + TV Guide only at $a week I think I mentioned that in the last letter to youWell they still havent got paper to me I call the automated service every week a take another credit on the free trialThey also sent me a renewal bill but I wont subscribe until they can prove that they can get the paper to me on a continuos basisI will probably stop calling the automated machine and give up on the idea of getting a paper at which point I hope they dont take that as I;M receiving the paper and try to charge me.It is too bad that this company is having so much trouble Thank You again for all your patience and help sorry I took so long in getting back if you have any ?'s or anything let me know*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response as the reason for non delivery has nothing to do with my billing information I was told it was due to a new carrier that they were having difficulty with I have been calling since March and have grown very tired of being told that someone from mgmt will call me within 24hrsI have not received a call from anyone and the customer service employees tell me they are escalating the call every time This has been a nightmare, I would love a call *** upper mgmt I even have the nbr to their distribution carrier and his voicemail os not set up I am tired of waiting forconsistent delivery of my paper

I am rejecting this response because: I also did not get a paper on the 26th I have canceled my account as this has been going on since January 01/11/with the paper being thrown on the wrong side of the trailer; then on 01/- no paper, called - did get it; 01/- no paper, called - did get it; Then did get it - on the wrong side of the trailer until 01/when it was on the correct side of the trailer as it was through the 23rd.Then came the 24th No paper - called - was told one would be delivered It never cameMonday the 25th got a paper - called about the 24th still not get - was told one would be sent out - never came.Then came today, the 26th, no paper So I called, told person about this and cancelled as of this date.I simply do not want to pay a company for poor service even if I like the product (which in this case was missing several times.)

Attempted to contact customer about missed Sunday papers which customer was given a credit which will extend his subscription an additional two daysAlso effective 10/a new distribution company will now deliver his Sunday paper moving forwardIf you have any further requests or questions please contact us at ***
