I am rejecting this response because: as if 3/14/17 no improvement! The paper is delivered LATE EVERY morning. The earliest it arrived was on Saturday 3/11 at 8:00. So obviously the message from the distributor to the carrier has not been adhered to. The Bee provides the worst customer service I've ever experienced regarding any of my business dealings. What can I as a customer expect regarding reasonable delivery?

The SacBee resolved this issue when they said on 3/they were issuing a full refund of $? As of today, we have not been issued a refund, either electronically or a hard check? How long does it usually take? ? I find it interesting that I have received phone calls and paper offers ro renew our subscription to the SacBee, but no refund.Thanks for your help,? [redacted]
