I am rejecting this response because: These are the exact same comments I received after my countless emails/phone calls to the Sac Bee? As previously requested, I want written confirmation of the removal of my address from the YES/MVP ad delivery data base

Since Mr. [redacted]ecifically reported he was missed 3 days in a row, the response was on the 3 days. Customer was already given credit on 1/11/18 & 1/12/18. This makes the total credit of 4 days. The Bee has now added the 5th day to Mr. [redacted]'s account, which makes the new expiration date to 3/25/18. Please feel free to contact us at [redacted] if you have any further questions or concerns.Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me for this instance.? I have had vacation holds before.? I don't audit my paper delivery on a day by day basis and so just assumed that I was credited for the days I had on hold.? I didn't realize that the Bee was ripping me off for each vacation hold until I discovered it a couple of weeks ago.? That amounts to six weeks over the last year and one half that I have lost.? Multiply that out over all the Bee's subscribers and their vacation holds? (including those of you at the Revdex.com) and you can begin to get a grasp of the size of this scam.? The Bee is raking in the money with this scheme.? I will accept the two week restoration.? Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: ? Sacramento Bee should individualize billing for each subscriber which can easily be done with subscription billing software? In this way each customer knows ? whether they are paying a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly rate, the amount of that rate, the amount due each month, the balance due, and a separate column to show the history of all previous payments.On 12/27/I requested, "All communication with me should be by
email[redacted] or by USPS, [redacted], [redacted]." ? Instead I receive multiple harassing robocalls from Sacramento Bee daily? I request these phone calls stop

When I phoned the paper, earlier this morning, those that answered the general line, seemed to be unable to understand what I was asking as well as unwilling to put me through to their supervisor.? I am hoping that one of these two individuals will be able to help me out as well as have the
authority to make a decision.? In the meantime, something of pressing importance (to me) is that the newspaper stop delivering to my home.? It has been a couple of days since I spoke with [redacted] that I spoke with two days ago.? ? I had thought that he was an employee of the paper but found out, this morning, that he is just an independent contractor.? At that time, I told him that I had never wanted to have any further delivering of the paper to my home.? However, it is still be delivered and, quite frankly, I am concerned that The Sacramento Bee is going to expect me to continue paying for this delivery, which should have been ended when my subscription expired.? It didn’t.? Furthermore, I didn’t realize that the timeframe for this communication between the Revdex.com and The SacBee may take until after the holidays.? I should not have to pay for something that I never asked for.? ? I never wanted an extension of the delivery nor do I want it while this case is pending.? ? Lastly, I am considering pursuing a complaint with the State Attorney’s office.? This whole ordeal is starting to feel a lot like a “shake-down” by this newspaper.? I’ve never had a problem with any of my magazine subscriptions with their common procedures in soliciting an extension of a subscription.? The Sacramento Bee seems to have its own “customized” way of doing business, which is atypical of other subscription periodicals.? ? And, there is a real reluctance to communicate in any other way other than a phone call, which cannot be easily documented by myself or others who are dealing with similar issues.?
