Spoke with [redacted] about delivery and our regional manager [redacted] will work with distribution to correct delivery. Customer account was credited 3 Sunday missed deliveries.

The renewal notices are a notification of when the account will or has expired with date in upper right hand corner and will state the second or third notice. These notices will not have any payment history or owing balances since they are not customized to customer's account detail. It doesn't make up for the other dates we did not get the paper and after calling they said we would get it but did not. not happy , but for now will accept and will decide on future.

I finally received the papers for the dates of 1-2-18 and 1-3-18 today, 1-30-18.  Its sad that I had to make numerous calls to the Bees customer service line and finally, as a last resort, file a complaint with the Revdex.com to get results.  I've been a Bee subscriber for about thirty years at this address and have never seen customer service this bad.

with my nonresponse from the Sacramento Bee.According to your letter, the Bee will credit my expiration for four days. However, as noted in my original letter, it was four weekdays and ONE Sunday. We are short one day's credit.Additionally, I did not receive the duplicate Sunday newspaper on Sunday, March 6. As a subscriber to both the Bee and [redacted] I am to receive two copies of the Sunday Bee. As I have been shorted the additional copy for both March 28 and March 6, I seriously doubt I will receive this Sunday's Bee in duplicate.Was the newspaper carrier notified? My account needs to be credited for both Sunday's nondelivery. I would appreciate the Bee stepping up and getting its act together.Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  I need an explanation and...

proof of the Sac Bee's policy for adding customers to the Do Not Call list.  Is this policy in their posted privacy policy?  I have asked, then demanded many, many times to each Bee caller to remove me from their contact list.  Each time, the Bee caller assures me that I will be removed, yet I keep getting calls.  Is it the Bee's policy to only remove customers after they have filed a Revdex.com complaint?

Mrs. [redacted]'s account was adjusted for 14 days credit on November 4 and an additional 30 day "good will" credit on November 25.   Mrs. [redacted] was contacted by phone on November 25 and she was informed her account was now credited through January 21.   Mrs. [redacted] reported the credit adjustment met her satisfaction and we will work to ensure consistent delivery going forward. There have been delivery service issues related to this account which are being addresses as well. If additional information is needed, please let me know. I am rejecting this response because:I know for 100 percent fact that this picture is not from last Sunday dated 2/7/16 because my lawn was mowed short on Saturday morning. This photo still shows longer grass. So whom ever your delivery person may be is not being correct as of the 2/7/16 date.

Spoke with customer about their account and we will expedite the refund since it was not processed already. Customer will follow up with The Bee if any further concerns.
