This company customer service is not about customers at all I have been with this company for almost years and in the last year Constellation/Star Plus Energy service has been anything but customer friendly I have been a faithful loyal on time paying customer now all of sudden I receive a bill twice my payment because my contract expired I asked why wasn't I informed and a new contract sent to me like the company had did the previous years No response but it was my responsibility and no matter what I decided to do I had to pay the high bill No more rudeness

I never signed up for this *** aggregation and in fact specifically said I'm not interested I'm not paying this bill until it's fixed

It was time for our contract to end with Constellation, and I called and clearly told them after discussing their current costs, I DID NOT want their service any longer There could not have been any misunderstanding, as I was emphatically clear I later get an email, as if I had agreed to a new contract I called the company and told them I had clearly told whoever I spoke with that I did not want to continue service with them I had in fact called Change Electric and agreed to service through them A few days later I get a contract in the mail from Constellation that I did not agree to I never agreed to this contract They are trying to hook wink me back into having their service I should not have to spend my time trying to get out of a contract I never agreed to This is the worst business practice I have seen, forcing your service on people!

I never asked to enroll in Constellation, so for them to send a letter saying that I selected them is deceptive

Last year I was receiving ads in the mail at my home from Constellation and in October of I wrote to Constellation requesting that they remove my name and address from their mailing listThe mailings stopped for a while then on June I started receiving mail again from Constellation

Both our two companies were with *** solutionsOur contracts were sold to Constellation EnergyThe prices they are charging us is almost double what *** solutions wasWe had no option to opt out of the contract with Constellation

When I signed them as an energy supplier the sales rep said that there is absolutely no cancellation fee of any typeThis was a blatant lie
