I am contacting you today because I have been totally frustrated in attempting to solve my problems through regular customer service protocol I have three electrical accounts for my business with ConstellationMy issues started in when I realized that one of my three monthly payments would consistently get lost , although all three checks were disbursed at the same timeIn working with customer service department we agreed to combined my three accounts in to one parent account and that would combine my multiple payments into one monthly payment(see memo dated Dec 27, 2016)Amazingly, within days the Constellation billing department lost the summary payment and sent my either a late notice or termination warning Because I use my banks bill pay to pay our bills I was able to submit a "proof of payment" which is actually paid electronically and not through the mailNo one ever got back with me but the payments were found and correct to my account(see memo dated Feb 15,

Was charged a $concentration fee after my month contract
Since February I signed a month contract with Constellation They originally offered my a price of cents per kwh with an early termination fee of $ I recently received a bill and saw that the price went up to cents per kwh That's when I figured that my contract was ended and I was on a month to month plan like most companies would do Therefore, I imediately found another company that was cents and signed a year contract with the same $early termination fee Not long after I cancelled, they sent me a letter stating that I owe them $because I cancelled my contract early I called them and explained that my contract had already ended They told me that they sent me a letter stating that my contract was about to expire, and if I didn't respond, I would automatically start a new contract with another $early termination fee I never received or saw a letter; they claim that it was sent vi

Receiving collection notices, never signed up with them, don't even offer service in my area, total scamThey got my info and now sending collections
I received a collection notice in the mail, says original creditor constellation/integrys - account number: *** never heard of them, researched online, energy company, not even in my jurisdiction or area, we use a completely different company and I have never used this companyThen I researched and they are a total scam, they somehow signed me up for some bt energy program, which I never agreed to and now have collections action to extort money from meThis is some kind of strange extortion, identity-theft scam

You call them to cancel service and they tell you they will and then do not Said they would cancel if they could not find a better rate and never did Then their website would never send a correct verification code to log in to see what was going on

Constellation Energy enrolled me into a plan that I did not request or ask to been rolled in My Light bill has been fluctuating each month and today I took the time to call the light company and was told that I was signed up with Constellation Energy and that each month from May by account was being increased to one total or another., Example in May I paid additional cost of $54.76, June $69.40, July $93.07and August $99.04.I called and spoke to a Jackie at Constellation Energy that tried to get to the bottom and was unable to I asked her to please ensure me that I am not a customer of her company and I and I am requesting this in writing that I am not a customer Jackie told me she was sending me to a resolution unit to helpShe stated to days I may get a letter I was then transferred to a Rose ID#***,she was as rude as she could with me trying to explain to her my issue I did not sign up for this service at these rate/ cost and that I do not want the service she proc

Customer service rep entered wrong address and the company refuse to fix it
I called *** to come back to them as my provider.The first time they said the application failed and then they took another application with my social security number and entered the wrong address as my service address and refused to send the disconnect orderThey said I will not be responsible for the bill but the service is still on in my name at an address

Very poor customer service response and not making good on promising to call back regarding issues with a bill
