I rent my homeStarTex was the electricity provider I selected upon move inI did not approve nor contract with Constellation home warranty when I signed on with StarTexI am getting bills from Constellation and have called numerous times to advise THAT I RENT MY HOME AND HAVE NO USE FOR A HOME WARRANTY! Startex keeps changing my electric rateI have had several issues with their billing inconsistency and them claiming internal error as a reason

I paid twice in December and cannot get a refund I renewed my contract in October and was supposed to get credits to my account
