This guy (originally calling himself Khaliq/Khalil but later changed name to Antonio) who lied about his name and affiliation came into our business and coerced us into signing a consultation (list of tips) on how to reduce our energy bill for ***In reality are discovered later, he created a new electricity account with a Texas company called Constellation Energy, and lied to usAs I checked the surveillance later he was harassing and badgering my mother for minutes to comply with him, before I camePlease help us remove this account, and remove all future scammers like this, or the proper authorities will be involvedHe also took a drink from us without paying for it, and scammed us on top of it, and wasted our precious and valuable time
This guy came in at 2:PM on October 16, and started harassing my mother for

Customer service rep entered wrong address and the company refuse to fix it
I called *** to come back to them as my provider.The first time they said the application failed and then they took another application with my social security number and entered the wrong address as my service address and refused to send the disconnect orderThey said I will not be responsible for the bill but the service is still on in my name at an address

Sales Rep came to my door & asked to switch I said no because I would incur two termination fees from current supplier but was told they were waived
In May of the representative came to my door & I told him no because I would incur termination fees (one for $for thermometer) & one for $ He stated those fees can be waived & proceeded to make a call & handed me the phone for the waiver confirmation Saturday April 30, I received a notice from a collection Agency stating I owed Direct Energy $ I contacted Direct Energy and they said it was the early termination fee & thermostat fee incurred in May of I questioned them why I did not receive any bills from them & went to a collection agency and they said they did not know, otherwise I would have tried to resolve it then & I would have to resolve it through Constellation I called Constellation spoke to Rosa in the Complaint Department & she explained they are not responsible for termination fees th

On July 1st sales reps for Constellation came to our house and told us that we were supposed to have received a $gift card from our electrical provider, *** *** They claimed that they needed to see our electrical bill to make sure we would receive itThey also told us that we would need to sign a paper and assured us that it was just to verify that they had talked to us about itWe told them no thank you (they were trying to trick us into switching to their service)
A little while later another employee came to the door and began beating on it loudlyMy elderly mother just locked the door and waited for them to leaveOur neighbors told they had the same experienceI went to the police and reported the behaviorThey checked with Ameren and confirmed that there was no such gift card

I tried to call three times in regards to switching over our condominium complex of units to constellation All three times I called your "sales" department, someone picked up and just disconnected the call Guess business must be good to be turning away new customers Horrible experienceStay away

Locked in a contract-ripped off & overcharged!
We were duped into this 'alleged' contractWe kept asking for proof of one and were told it was 'verbal'The owner was under the impression he was locking his rate in for years and Constellation stated he signed up for 4! Nothing was was ever clear with this company.They now want to charge over $to get out of this 'alleged contract' and refuse to lower their rate to what they are now offering to other customersIf we make the switch to another company (which we are going to do) the cost for cancellation will be absorbed because of the SIGNIFICANT difference in cost
When we did the math on the bill, we are actually paying EVEN MORE than what is on this 'alleged' contract!!
