I tried to call three times in regards to switching over our condominium complex of units to constellation All three times I called your "sales" department, someone picked up and just disconnected the call Guess business must be good to be turning away new customers Horrible experienceStay away

One weekend employees for this company entered our private apartment building, and were going door to door inside (which is a huge privacy issue in and of itself)When we answered they told us that they wanted to lock our energy bills in so we couldn't be uncharged and that they work directly with National GridThey requested copies of our electric bills which is when I told them we would not be switching and that we did not have a bill to give them

I received my bill for the current month, shocked to find it doubled what is ($more than usual) I called on 12/27/to attempt to figure out where the extra charges are coming from The gentleman I spoke to put me on hold but could not seem to find where the charges were coming from, so told me he was going to look into it and get back to me that day
On 12/28, after not hearing back from him, I called again After speaking to someone who also could not seem to assist me in understanding these charges I asked to speak to a supervisor (Michelle P from the Michigan call center) She too seemed confused by the charges, other than being able to tell me that they were trcharges (the difference between what we paid in budget billing and the cost of what we actually used in electricity) She told me she was going to create a spread-sheet, email it to me

Separate Months I have paid the bill I am now months behind Constellation acknowledges they have problem on their end Yet up for disconnect

This company was NOt authorized to be an electric service provider yet they are now charging me astronomical fees on my ***-Electric bill
