I am receiving collection letters from Constellation Energy Services, and I have NEVER used their services! They are sending me notices that say, "FINAL NOTICE PRIOR TO TERMINATION", and that I owe them $I have no idea who this company is, nor do I believe that I owe them ANY MONEY FOR ANYTHING! I have read accounts online of MANY similar experiences by other unwitting victims of this scam, as well

We noticed that our account had not been credited for a payment made through our bank's billing serviceCheck has cleared through StarTex's bank
We looked on line to check on credit to our Constellation for the most recent paymentOur account did not show the creditWe called Constellation and they could not find our paymentWe called our bank and they showed the payment was made AND CLEARED through Constellation's StarTex *** accountConstellation tells us that they are researching this, when in the meantime we receive a DISCONNECT NOTICE for 7/19/(the bill was due on 7/3/and paid prior to the due date)This is unconscionable that 3-year customers who have a strong payment history would such short notice to resolve the issueOur account is now on holdWe are expending an inordinate amount of time dealing with an issue that is Constellation's problemThis is taking far too long to resolve

As of November 1, 2015, I cancelled my natural gas service with ConstellationI was using their "budget billing" plan and had a credit of $After waiting months for my refund, I called to inquire today(4/19/16), only to be told that a refund had never been issuedI was initially told today that I could expect a check in 4-weeks and when I told the person that was unacceptable, it then changed to 7-business daysI couldn't understand the man's nameThis is an unacceptable practiceIf I owed Constellation $for months, I would have no service and collection agencies harassing me

Nov this company in fraud added their service to my DTE account., I have called them, Chatted online and have sent an emailThey cannot show me a contractI did not authorize their service and would like this taken off my bill and credited back what they should not have billed to me

I was signed up with Constellation NewEnergy under my communities aggregation program, but was not made aware that their program is uncompatible with AEP's level payment programOver the course of 2-months my bill was consistently $higher than average, so I contacted Constellation to cancel
The rep I spoke to was aware that the programs are not compatible (even though I, as the consumer, was never informed) and stated it takes 2-billing cycles to come off my accountTo me this is a form of fraud - If you know the programs are not compatible, you know I'm being overcharged by $a month, yet you still are going to stay on my account for another 2-billing cycles? I will not be paying that portion of my electric bill and would appreciate a refund for the amount I was overcharged during my time in the program

Constellation/Integys has a collections company contacting me to pay for home electric service that I never signed up for

Later, They sent my information to a collection agency whom I contacted and disputed the chargesHowever after their "investigation" they say their client, Constellation/Integrys, says I owe them money

During door-to-door solicitation, company rep told me that I had to buy his company's product; claimed I would violate a city law if I didn't
A representative of this company came to my door around 3pm on Feb 14thHe said that, based on a law passed by the city of Champaign IL, all homes were now required to buy his company's energy productsHe insinuated if I did not sign up, I would be in violation of local lawHe wanted me to show him a bill to see if we already had the serviceHe was overall extremely pushy, and would not leave until I asked him multiple times

I too have been subject to a switch to this company without my consent Apparently I've been paying almost double what AEP charges Constellation would not help me out other than cancelling the supposed contract No offer of a refund or anything Now I have to wait another bill cycles for the non-ripoff charges to take effect This company is a scam!

Trying to set up an account online and can not reach anyone hello anyone home??>???
I have called several times over hours, the phone number will disconnect sometimes and when you do get someone they have no clue to helpThis seems like a market scamI am concerned that this company has a A ratingThe CEO needs to call customer service and hear tghe poor phone quality service this company hasI am so hoping to cancel and go back to a real company

Signed up with Constellation 5/acct #XXXXXXXXXX We discontinued service and received a bill for $27,because we didn't finish out the mos When we agreed to go with them they said if they couldn't sell the energy that we signed up for then we would have to pay, but usually they don't have an issue reselling it We are a small company and if we can save $500+ per month by going to another company we should have the right to do so without penalty We reinstated with Constellations to avoid the fee they charged us and informed me that there will probably be a fee from the drop date of 10/23/to the reinstatement date

Most incompetent billing practices of any company I have dealt with in yearsHave been "enrolled" in auto-pay for months, never had a draft taken out of my accountWebsite says account is overdue months ago, even though I actually overpaid (and enrolled in auto-pay!)Shows I am scheduled for auto-draft on a date in the past! Nightmare to deal with themReps on phone have no idea what they're talking aboutDo not enroll -- you will regret itGo with *** or one of the more stable companies

You call them to cancel service and they tell you they will and then do not Said they would cancel if they could not find a better rate and never did Then their website would never send a correct verification code to log in to see what was going on

I never asked to enroll in Constellation, so for them to send a letter saying that I selected them is deceptive
I received a letter from Constellation stating, We are happy you selected Constellation as your energy supplier and they have already notified my local utility companyMy utility company advised that they cannot make the switch because there was an error, that can be resolved if I call Constellation
I have never heard of Constellation and never selected them as my energy supplierFor them to send a letter saying that I need to call and fix an issue with my provider switch is representation (and deception)
