They charged me twice for the same month
I signed up for this program due to the sales gentleman stating to me that my electric bill will be cheaperI received my bill and I am paying almost twice the amount I use to payAfter reviewing my bill BGE charges me for my electric and then constellation energy is charging me for it as wellI called constellation energy they stated that I was in a month contract but due to this they will cancel me for nothing but I have to contact bge for a refundI called bge, bge stayed that since constellation energy charged me a 2nd time I would have to call them backI called constellation energy for the 2nd time now todayThe gentleman with constellation energy stated that it does work like this and it stated that in my contract so they will not refund meI asked to speak to a supervisorA supervisor got in the phone and told me that they charge me and so does bge I said if I would have been told this common sense I would have never signed u

I was legally switched to this company without even knowing that I was getting billed by them
I was a customer of Public Service Electric & Gas for over years all the sudden I was switched to Constellation Energy without my consent why my bill skyrocketed to $a month from only $a monthThis happened beginning April 1st

The company convinced me that they could lower my electric bill and instead of my bill being lowered it was doubled

I signed up with Constellation energy on 10-23-They had an offer for a $gift card that stated just for signing upThere was a day wait to receive itAfter that time I called and was told *** rejected my application They were supposed to resent itI called *** and told them I wanted to switchI spoke to someone from Constellation on December 2nd and was told that *** accepted the applicationOn January 2nd I had not received an email for my gift cardI called and was told my application was not accepted and that the other agent misinformed meI feel that they are offer says they give the gift card just for signing up

Employee switched our power provider without permission
One weekend employees for this company entered our private apartment building, and were going door to door inside (which is a huge privacy issue in and of itself)When we answered they told us that they wanted to lock our energy bills in so we couldn't be uncharged and that they work directly with National GridThey requested copies of our electric bills which is when I told them we would not be switching and that we did not have a bill to give them

When I inquired to cancel b/c my rate is higher than market, constellation,&***, I was given a triple the regular cancellation fee &other wrong info

Dishonest company that uses deception, flat out lies, and high pressure sales tactics to trick people into switching over
What the salesman told me: there's been some new legislation, and he could make an update to my energy bill so that the rate wouldn't go upI asked if it could go down, he said yes, it just couldn't go upI was given the impression that I was opting into some new program rather than choosing a different supplier
What I was getting: a fixed rate, meaning it couldn't go down, at a rate much higher than my current supplier with a year contract
Even if their service wasn't objectively bad in my scenario, the way they sell it is unethical

this energy company is putting extra charges on pseng bill
this company put charges on my bill I opted out years ago in
but im still being billed all this time iam owed money back or credits from 2014-this energy company is a scam it cost more than regular bill they put a extra chargers I want them to take me off there services and pay me back my credits owed
