I never signed up for this *** aggregation and in fact specifically said I'm not interested I'm not paying this bill until it's fixed

I paid twice in December and cannot get a refund I renewed my contract in October and was supposed to get credits to my account
I recently renewed my contract with Constellation Energy October and ever since my bills have been wrong I have made numerous calls to get this corrected and to get a refund of $that I overpaid in December I have talked to the following: Anthony, Dana, Kevin, Joe, Neesa, and Katie None of whom I can get a last name People This is ridiculous
Received a bill for $for October (was out of contract) called and explained I did not know my contract expired One of the above persons advised that if I renewed my contract they would apply a $credit to this billWhich would make my bill $ I Paid the $

Well the credit did not get applied and I received a Disconnect Notice with a Late Fee I called back went through the whole scenario again, was advised by Dana-I will get the $Cr

Constellation wrongfully enrolled me into a program I did not consent to

Said I was a customer since but havent had electrical account that long, did not have correct information on account
I just found out that constellation new energy was my electrical supplier, couldbt figure outwhy my BGE bill was times more than was supposed to beI called to cancel and found that they said I was a customer since 2011, I havent even had my account that longThey didnt have ANY correct contact or information for meWould not give refund, did not even acknowlendge that they had wrong info and have been billing me for god knows how long and over billing me at that I am on budget bill and my bill should only be $they are charging me anywhere from $to $a monthI believe them to be crooks and scavangers and they should rectify the situationI am out over $and that's just what I know of

They keep signing me up for their service without my signature or consent
They call and say "we are calling from the company ***" and then offer to show me where their "company name" is on my bill
They knock on my door and say they are from the city to validate I'm receiving some kind of government-provided discount
This is, quite simply, a scam company Stay away

I never spoke to any rep from this company, or even heard of this companyThen I receive something in the mail that constellation was my new energy providerThey switched me to their company without my permission

Startex keeps changing my electric rateI have had several issues with their billing inconsistency and them claiming internal error as a reason
I had to accept that they made a mistake and my renewal date was really June 29th, which means I signed up for a renewal lateI renewed on the 30h of July After I filed the complaint my account was switched to cents per month and that changed happened after I renewed and received paperworkEach time I log in to pay a bill they have changed my rate, I am supposed to be under contract for which is what I agreed to, I did not agree to I have enclosed a screenshot of the agreement

Very bad customer service, and they do not honor their website offers

Their bill pay system double dipped me on my bill for $in February I was told even though I could provide them with proof the money had been taken out of my account, that it would take to weeks to give me my money back Since winter was over and it would take months to use up that much gas I asked them to credit my account It is May 24th now and they claim they sent me a check I asked them just to credit it back to the account since I do not want to wait any longer They claim it will take to business days to investigate whether the check has cleared How incompetent are these people? It should take less than minutes to see it hasn't been cashed and then stop payment and re-credit the account

Constellation is sending collections notices threatening termination of supply service, yet my bill is paid in full
*** provides distribution service and Constellation provides supply service *** handles consolidated billing for both I am on automatic payment plan with budget billing, handled by *** My balance due with *** for the consolidated account is showing as $ Yet I received two collection notices on July 22nd (one dated July and one dated July 14) from Constellation Energy The notice dated July says "Constellation has been notified by ***" that I owe $past due The notice dated July says there is a past due balance of $ Neither is correct because my *** bill shows no past due balance whatsoever Constellation in the July notice threatens termination of the account (which may carry additional fees) unless immediate payment is made Yet there is no place to pay on the Constell

Constellation signed up small business that already had contract, then billed them an outrageous ETF and wouldn't even provide justification for ETF

One of their employee came into our business to advertise their companyThey relentessly and angrily demanded to see our energy statements after refusing it several timesAfter giving them one statement, they automatically switched the contract over from the previous energy company, ***, to their own company without asking or anythingFurthermore, they left without informing anythingAt that point, I assumed that they could not provide any good deals so they leftAbout three weeks later, I receive a letter from *** saying that our contract has been switched to Constellation NewEnergyI called them to cancel that immediately and asked what document they had to switch our contractThey claimed to have a signed contract, which I asked them to send to my businessThey never sent itAfter doing cancellation, I switched back to **

Since August 2016, Constellation has not provided me with a billing statement The company has stated that they have a new contractor that sends out the statement and that they switched me by mistake from a paper bill to sending it by email However,I never was asked, not did I give permission to switch from a paper billing statement to sending it via email Additionally, the email Constellation was sending to is an old email that is not active, therefore I have not received anything from that email address I have called several times and has been told they are working on resolving the issue, however it has been close to months and I still have not received a paper statement, however I am expected to pay a bill I cannot view the charges I have a responsibility to pay, however, Constellation has a responsibility to send me a statement so that I may verify those charges I have been paying bills each month and have not seen the charges for those bill I should not have to keep

Dishonest company that uses deception, flat out lies, and high pressure sales tactics to trick people into switching over
What the salesman told me: there's been some new legislation, and he could make an update to my energy bill so that the rate wouldn't go upI asked if it could go down, he said yes, it just couldn't go upI was given the impression that I was opting into some new program rather than choosing a different supplier
What I was getting: a fixed rate, meaning it couldn't go down, at a rate much higher than my current supplier with a year contract
Even if their service wasn't objectively bad in my scenario, the way they sell it is unethical
