Move from one building to another building 02/07/18,my old address was *** #***January 18,I went online paid $177.02, conf*, some how never got taken out of checking account, so I call StarTex Power to inquirer why, especially since I received an email for $billI was told the bill was not paid, so the bill from Dec.,January and February was not paid which was $177.02,$and finally bill for that apartment $I call 02/05/18, 02/16/18, 02/19/to make arrangement to pay such a large billI was told StarTex do not make payment arrangement on a close billOn 03/23/I paid $again talk to customer service Keisha conf*, and I was told by several other customer service representative pay what I could pay on the billAfter I paid the bill I have days to pay the rest or I could call collection and make arrangement,so I call and I was directed back to customer service againI'm complaining because the bill was sent

Payment made yet service disconnected
They upgraded their system that messed up autopay settingWe called on july 2, reset the autopay and made payment for monthsHave confirmation in emailYet the service got disconnected todayCalled them and they said no payment is due & they don't know why the service got disconnectedThey will not send someone for days to restore the serviceThis is ridiculous and unacceptable, having to suffer for their fault

I received a collection notice in the mail, says original creditor constellation/integrys - account number: *** never heard of them, researched online, energy company, not even in my jurisdiction or area, we use a completely different company and I have never used this companyThen I researched and they are a total scam, they somehow signed me up for some bt energy program, which I never agreed to and now have collections action to extort money from meThis is some kind of strange extortion, identity-theft scam

This company was NOt authorized to be an electric service provider yet they are now charging me astronomical fees on my ***-Electric bill

Since August 2016, Constellation has not provided me with a billing statement The company has stated that they have a new contractor that sends out the statement and that they switched me by mistake from a paper bill to sending it by email However,I never was asked, not did I give permission to switch from a paper billing statement to sending it via email Additionally, the email Constellation was sending to is an old email that is not active, therefore I have not received anything from that email address I have called several times and has been told they are working on resolving the issue, however it has been close to months and I still have not received a paper statement, however I am expected to pay a bill I cannot view the charges I have a responsibility to pay, however, Constellation has a responsibility to send me a statement so that I may verify those charges I have been paying bills each month and have not seen the charges for those bill I should not have to keep

I was enrolled in Constellation New Energy Gas without my verbal or written consent I was greatly surprised and dismayed upon receiving my local gas bill to note that I had been enrolled in Constellation I do not know this company and I have never had any affiliation with them I did telephone them to cancel any enrollment They said they would unenroll me, however, this would take up to billing periods Since their rates are HIGHER than my local rates, they receive a profit from me, again, without my consent This is a fraudulent profit as it is obtained without my consent to enroll I am submitting this complaint to warn others I hope that Revdex.com of Kentucky, etc., will note this Company in their District as practicing illegal enrollment techniques

Constellation signed up small business that already had contract, then billed them an outrageous ETF and wouldn't even provide justification for ETF
Constellation sales rep had new secretary sign Utility contract, when one was already in place Contract had very vague language regarding early termination, and did not list a specific fee Secretary was pressured into paying several thousand dollar fee, which business should not have been obligated to pay as secretary was not a company officer/owner When I found out about the situation I contact Gail R***, Analyst, Strategic Credit, Early Termination Resolution for details on how they calculated the ETF to make sure it matched the language in the contract She drug the process out for days, never providing the details She then threatened to turn me into collections when I pressed her harder for the details Once I informed her the client had already paid and I was simply wanting to understand why they were forced to pay wh

Their bill pay system double dipped me on my bill for $in February I was told even though I could provide them with proof the money had been taken out of my account, that it would take to weeks to give me my money back Since winter was over and it would take months to use up that much gas I asked them to credit my account It is May 24th now and they claim they sent me a check I asked them just to credit it back to the account since I do not want to wait any longer They claim it will take to business days to investigate whether the check has cleared How incompetent are these people? It should take less than minutes to see it hasn't been cashed and then stop payment and re-credit the account
