To Whom It May Concern, Convergent Outsourcing has received [redacted] complaintUpon investigation of [redacted] complaint we were able to determine the following: Sprint assigned the account [redacted] to Convergent Outsourcing to collect a balance of $on 08/05/We have confirmed on Sprint's iCare support, that the account was previously assigned with ERCERC received a complaint through the Revdex.com on 07/20/2015,stating that [redacted] was a victim of identity theft and she could provide the police report upon requestERC had mailed documentation for fraud, so this matter may be investigated upon return of the information requestedSprint's iCare notes indicate that no fraud packet has ever been received from [redacted] ***We understand with the information received that [redacted] states she has been a victim of identity theftIn response to this communication, Convergent Outsourcing has ceased communicationWe have not reported the above mentioned account to the credit bureausWe appreciate the opportunity to respond and apologize for any inconvenience out communication may have caused

Case #: [redacted] , [redacted] Convergent account#: [redacted] account#: [redacted] To whom it may concern,Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas investigated Mr [redacted] 's complaint [redacted] placed this account in our office 3/5/to collect $on their behalf.On 4/16/12, Mr [redacted] requested proof of the debt.A statement was mailed on 4/20/12.In 2015, we did place our trade line on Mr [redacted] 's credit reportWe did not hear from Mr [redacted] until 10/9/when he called into our office and requested our agent send further proof of debt, at that time, the account was placed in a disputed status.10/15/15, a break down of the bill was mailed to Mr [redacted] On 10/26/15, Mr [redacted] requested we cease communication.Attached is a copy of the break down of the [redacted] bill we sent on 10/15/We will forward a copy of Mr [redacted] 's complaint and our response to our client ? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I dont see how a validation letter at this point restores my credit report/history to good standing,im not aknowledging this debt, but even if I did get the validation letter I would analize the information in it if is accurate and I did a settlment for an amount less than that full amount ,(like stated in the previous message from Convergent company)only if the account is deleted completely from my credit report.Sincerely, [redacted]

An agreement was reached from my previous Revdex.com complaint to remove t-mobile collection from credit report on April 7th, The collection was removed for a few weeks and then re-reported to Experian and Equifax on April 21stConvergent Account # [redacted] I have the letter from Compliance Representative Mattie G [redacted] .?
