Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas investigated Mr***'s complaintConvergent Outsourcing only collects on balances placed in our office by our clientsWe do not attempt to scam consumers.To date this is the first communication we have received from Mr [redacted] indicating that he disputes the balanceUpon investigating Mr***'s complaint, I found that we did request information from the credit bureaus; however we did not reported a negative trade line on Mr.***'s credit.In response to Mr***'s complaint, we have closed the account from our office and returned it to our client.We regret any inconvenience we may have caused

Who is the client? Mr [redacted] states he wants the information removed from the credit bureau, did he find our information on his credit report?
