Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Once again they have ignored what I requested, simply sending a copied statement of an invoice is not providing validationThey have not responded to the validation request, simply sending a bill of a debt I do not recall is not validationI also requested more information as noted in the validation letterI have never received a bill or any documentation from [redacted] that I owed any balance

Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas investigated Mr***'s dispute [redacted] placed this account inour office 11/03/listed with a different last name.Upon investigation of this dispute, I reviewed the call on 03/29/when Mr [redacted] initiallycontacted our officeMr [redacted] provided his full social security number and full nameThe fullsocial security number matches that on fileMr [redacted] stated he has had prior issues withinformation for another party appearing on his credit bureauThe agent placed the account in adisputed status and we requested that [redacted] confirm this was the correct information for thisaccount.On 03/29/2016, we marked the account to remove our information from the credit bureausOn04/06/2016, our client [redacted] confirmed the information we have on file was the correctinformation the account was under including the social security number.In response to this communication, we have closed the account in our office and returned it to [redacted] We are sorry to hear Mr [redacted] may have been a victim of fraudOn 04/03/2016, werequested our information be removed from the credit bureausMs [redacted] may file a fraud claimdirectly with [redacted] by visiting www[redacted] .com/notmyaccount or calling 1-800-860-Ext***We appreciate the opportunity to respond Respectfully, Sarah K***Compliance Representative

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am requesting the original documentation from Household Finance and from Velocity which is a second party? It is not clear from the response that they are obtaining the original documentation that they say is the original debtor? These two document(s) need to be provided? I vaguely remember having a dispute with Velocity many many many years ago and I will look for those papers in order to file suit if need be? If they believe this is a legitimate debt, these documents should be easy for them to provide? Sincerely, [redacted]
