Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate the quick response, however, this account is on my all four of my credit reports, I need a deletion letter to delete this account off my credit reports, first and foremost After I receive the deletion letter then and only then I will be satisfied Because I never had a [redacted] account, this situation has already caused me enough heartache and trouble, I just had a baby, I cannot obtain the things I need for my new born baby on credit due to this negative account on my credit To add insult to injury, this [redacted] account does not belong to me.Sincerely, [redacted]

Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas investigated this complaint.T-Mobile placed an account in our office on05/31/2013,to collect a balance of $their behalfWe are sorry to hear Mr[redacted] has had difficulty reaching someone in our officeConvergent Outsourcing only collects on balance placed in our office by our clients,we do not buy debts.When we receive accounts in our office, we attempt to verify that they have not been included in a bankruptcyNo information was found for this accountOn 1/14/2014,Mr [redacted] spoke with an agent in our office and advised this had been included in a chapter bankruptcyOn 02/02/2014, we requested our information be removed from the credit bureaus.To date this account still does not reflect that it was included in a bankruptcy However, we have closed this account in our system.We will forward a copy of this complaint and or response to our clientIf Mr [redacted] has any further questions or information regarding this account please have him contact T-Mobile directly,as we are no longer handling the account

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Convergent says they cannot find an account in my name, and they want an account number in order to proceed.? I do not have such a number, because I've never been contacted by Convergent in the first place.? I've only learned their name because they falsely reported a delinquency in my name.? They certainly reported a delinquency to Equifax, yet miraculously don't have a record of my account when it comes time to correct their mistake.? They ended their initial response by asking for my full Social Security Number.? As if I would simply give them my SSN when they have already fraudulently reported me to the credit bureaus and "cannot find a Convergent account in my name".? Convergent can contact me with a secure email, and I would consider giving them more information.? However, considering they have never contacted me in the first place, I will not hold my breath nowI have no faith that this company is even legitimate, other than the fact they responded to the Revdex.comUnless they take further steps to rectify this situation, the next contact they receive from me will be from my attorney Sincerely, [redacted] ***
