Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate the quick response, however, this account is on my all four of my credit reports, I need a deletion letter to delete this account off my credit reports, first and foremost After I receive the deletion letter then and only then I will be satisfied Because I never had a [redacted] account, this situation has already caused me enough heartache and trouble, I just had a baby, I cannot obtain the things I need for my new born baby on credit due to this negative account on my credit To add insult to injury, this [redacted] account does not belong to me.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Convergent says they cannot find an account in my name, and they want an account number in order to proceed.? I do not have such a number, because I've never been contacted by Convergent in the first place.? I've only learned their name because they falsely reported a delinquency in my name.? They certainly reported a delinquency to Equifax, yet miraculously don't have a record of my account when it comes time to correct their mistake.? They ended their initial response by asking for my full Social Security Number.? As if I would simply give them my SSN when they have already fraudulently reported me to the credit bureaus and "cannot find a Convergent account in my name".? Convergent can contact me with a secure email, and I would consider giving them more information.? However, considering they have never contacted me in the first place, I will not hold my breath nowI have no faith that this company is even legitimate, other than the fact they responded to the Revdex.comUnless they take further steps to rectify this situation, the next contact they receive from me will be from my attorney Sincerely, [redacted] ***
