Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas received Ms [redacted] disputeT-Mobile placed this account in our office on10/17/2016, to collect a balance on their behalf On 11/2812016, we received an email from Ms [redacted] requesting a lower settlement amount than wasoffered on the letter she received On 11/30/2016, Ms [redacted] spoke to one of our agents and she was offered a settlement of $Ms[redacted] stated she wanted to receive a new settlement letter first On 11/30/2016, Ms [redacted] called our office again requesting a settlement letter be emailed to her On 11/30/2016, an email was sent to Ms [redacted] with the settlement offer On 11/30/2016, we received Ms [redacted] credit card payment via our website for the amount of $ The recording of the telephone call from 12101/was reviewedMs [redacted] phoned our office requestinga receipt showing account was settledHer email address was verified and the call dropped in the middle ofthe agent speaking with Ms [redacted] We were unable to substantiate Ms [redacted] statement that the agenthung up the phone on her This account has been settled with Convergent Outsourcing and we will request our information be updatedwith the credit bureausIf Ms [redacted] has any further inquiries, please have her contact T-Mobile directly We appreciate the opportunity to respond

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not in receipt of any correspondence from convergent and it is unfortunate to pretend that you didBecause of this I am convinced that this account placed on my credit report is fraudulent as I owe nothing to SprintPlease remove this fraudulent reporting from the credit bureausI am completely prepared to contact my attorney and start the necessary litigation because of the fraudulent and dishonest business practices of Convergent Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I don't have an account with T-MobileI would like to report a potential identity theft fraudI have a family account with mother on AT&T and have been on this plan for over four yearsI do not utilize T-Mobile wireless services nor have I authorized anyone else to obtain services in my nameI also contest the compliance officer's version of the events in that her representative refused to give her full name or address and refused to tell me why she was callingWhy would anyone in this day and age give out personal information without obtaining information on who is calling? I receive countless calls each day that are nothing more than scams telling me about IRS tax relief or a new credit card planAdditionally, the representative did not clarify that she was calling from a company called "Convergent" and not "Conversion" Sincerely, [redacted]

Re: [redacted] , [redacted] Case #: [redacted] Convergent account #: R- [redacted] Swiss Colony account#: [redacted] To whom this may concern, Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas investigated Mr [redacted] 's complaintThis account was placed in our office 01/13/to collect a balance of $on behalf of Swiss ColonyIn review of this complaint, we found that the check number provided of [redacted] in the amount of$ was dispersed incorrectlyThis resulted in a payment in the amount of$ $being applied to Mr [redacted] 's Midnight Velvet account that was also in our office at the timeWe found that the correct allocation would have been $toward the Midnight Velvet account and $towards the Swiss Colony accountWe find that all payments were applied to accounts that Mr [redacted] had in our officeRemoving the payment from the Midnight Velvet account to apply to the Swiss Colony account, would cause the Midnight Velvet account to have a balance due; as it has been paid in full as a result of the $payment that was applied to it in errorIn response to our error, Convergent Outsourcing is in the process of applying a payment in the amount of $to the Swiss Colony account, so that it may close with a zero balanceWe apologize for any inconvenience our error has caused, and hope this is a resolution that Mr [redacted] would find satisfactoryWe appreciate the opportunity to respond
