Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Again, they can't run my credit reportAfter looking into this more, this account was closed over + years agoWhy would they have access to my private information? This happen multiple occasions, and they never sent me mail about a debt, until they called recentlyWhich they deny calling! I'm sure they have me recorded telling them to stop f calling me! My phone would ring off the hook! It is very deceptive, and I would like an explanation! Their company pulls credit reports, to do nothing? So are they scamming me or scamming the company who hired them? Maybe they do this to show they are working to collect a closed account? I am insulted that they think I have nothing better to do than deal with their liesDeny, deny, denyTheir company denies contact, or multiple inquiries on my credit reportSo after all this time, why would I take the steps to find out who they were? Everyone is scared of credit fraud, and should beNow my personal information can be passed aroundMy medical information is harder for me to get, than any company who wants to look at my financials. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not have a landline with Verizon The account number referenced on the collections account, is for cellular service The bill mentioned, covered the period when my service began with Verizon Wireless The only other relationship I have had with Verizon, is for internet service The account was closed with a $balance, when I moved More so, the account number provided by the collections agency, is my current Verizon wireless account and not for that internet service.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have not been able to make contact with [redacted] via phone or text because they keep asking for a phone number, and I do not have a phone number associated with the account; in addition, I never received a bill from [redacted] , just a collection notice from Convergent...Do they have the phone number associated with the account? And When was services supposedly used? [redacted] is associated with [redacted] but they will not address anything...they referred me to call [redacted] ...I have attempted to contact them many times and will continue to try...Perhaps I should bring a claim against [redacted] ?Sincerely, [redacted]

Re: ***, [redacted] Case ID #: [redacted] Convergent Outsourcing account#:T- [redacted] Dish Network account#: [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas investigated this complaint Upon investigating this complaint, I was unable to locate an account in our office for a pay day loan as Mr [redacted] has referenced in his complaint I was able to locate an active account in our office for Dish Network with a balance of $147.68, placed in our office 3/29/by our clientI was unable to substantiate Mr***'s claims that he has asked us not to call himI was not able to find any prior contacts made with Mr***.I was unable to substantiate the claim made by Mr[redacted] that we have threatened him with jail time or court fee as we do not have prior phone contact with Mr***, nor do we pursue consumers with legal actionWe are unable to substantiate Mr***'s claims that we call 30-times a dayWe have attempted to reach Mr [redacted] at the phone number provided in this complaint, however we have not attempted to reach him more than once a dayIn response to this complaint, we have added Mr.***'s phone number of [redacted] to our "do not call list"We have placed the account for Dish Network in a cease communication statusWe appreciate the opportunity to respondRespectfully,

Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas received Ms [redacted] 's dispute and complaintT-Mobile placed thisaccount in our office on 10/27/2016, to collect a balance of $on their behalf.Convergent Outsourcing was first notified of Ms [redacted] 's dispute on 03/09/2017, when we receivedan email from her, disputing the account as fraudThe account was placed in a disputed status andcollection activity was suspended.On 03/21/2017, we received statement copies from T-Mobile validating the balance owedThisinformation was mailed to Ms [redacted] on 3/21/Additionally on 03/22/2017, we also mailed afraud packet to Ms [redacted] , in the event she wanted to file a fraud claim with T-Mobile on behalf ofthe account.On 03/25/2017, Convergent Outsourcing requested our information be removed from the creditbureaus.In response to receiving this communication from your office, Convergent Outsourcing has closed theaccount and returned it to T-MobileIf Ms [redacted] has any further inquiries regarding this matter,please have her contact T-Mobile directly.We appreciate the opportunity to respond
