To Whom It May Concern,Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas received [redacted] disputeWe received a similar dispute made by [redacted] to the Consumer Financial Protection bureau on 12/27/[redacted] placed this account in our office on 10/30/2016, to collect a balance on their behalfThe information reported to the credit bureaus on behalf of this account, is believed to be reported with bothfair and accurate information.The validation notice mailed to [redacted] address on 11/21/included her right to dispute the balance owedThe first communication we had received on behalf of this account was the complaint made to the [redacted] [redacted] has provided our office with an explanation of [redacted] account, as well as statement copiesThis information has been attached for [redacted] reference.In response to the complaint [redacted] made to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau,we closed the account in our office and returnedit to our client, [redacted] We will request our information be removed from the credit bureausWe do not own the account and therefore cannot guarantee resolutionIf [redacted] has any further inquiries, please have her contact [redacted] directly.We appreciate the opportunity to respond[redacted] Collection Agency: Convergent Outsourcing IncOutstanding Balance: $[redacted] records confirm that [redacted] activated service on December 6, and was subscribed to [redacted] 's Classic Family Unlimited Talk and Text rate plan for $per month for two lines of service plus applicable taxes per month? Additionally, [redacted] was subscribed to [redacted] 's 5GB High Speed Data feature for $for each of the two mobile numbers per month plus applicable taxesIt is important to note that this mentioned rate plan was a promotional rate plan that required a two year contact? As such, [redacted] contract was set to expire on December 6, [redacted] records indicate that [redacted] has had a rolling past due balance since the bill production date of July 21, 2012.On October 5, the mobile number ending in was canceled when it was ported to another carrier? [redacted] 's billing cycle ran from the 21st of one month to the 20th of the following month? Pursuant to [redacted] policy, customers may be billed through the end of their current billing cycle if they cancel their service mid-cycleAccordingly, [redacted] was billed through October 20, Additionally, as this was prior to the end of the contractual? agreement, [redacted] 's account was assessed an early termination fee in the amount of? $plus applicable taxes? Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas received Ms [redacted] 's dispute and complaintT-Mobile placed thisaccount in our office as a pre-collection account on 03/18/to collect a balance of $on theirbehalf.Upon investigation of Ms [redacted] 's complaint, that our agents advised her to "just pay it"; the callsfrom 03/28/were reviewed.We found on 03/28/2017, Mr [redacted] contacted our office three timesAt no time, on any of the calls,did our agents request for payment on behalf of this account.The agents advised Mr [redacted] that the account was placed in a disputed status and the collectionactivity had been suspendedMr [redacted] was also advised, that we do not report pre-collectionaccounts to the credit bureau.In response to receiving this communication from your office, Convergent Outsourcing has closed theaccount and returned it to T-MobileIf Ms [redacted] has any further inquiries regarding this matterplease have her contact T-Mobile directly.We appreciate the opportunity to respond

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response becauseI am sending this on behalf of [redacted] Attached please find a copy of Convergent's May 22, correspondence to you, the Revdex.com of DuPont, WA, and a copy of the latest June 8, correspondence to [redacted] from Convergent.Mr [redacted] is still requesting assistance for the fake collection effort against him by Convergent Outsourcing, Inc.Mr [redacted] 's original request for assistance from the Revdex.com was submitted on 05/16/2017.Mr [redacted] states:The account in question was not and is not mineConvergent cannot demonstrate it was or is my account and the stated origin of the account in question is more than years old, March 2007, which I understand that even under the most stringent state collection laws, collections are to end after years, so it seem that Convergent is simply running after dollars it may not be legally entitled to collect from anyoneThe chronology of is as follows: May 1, 2017: I received a collection notice from Convergent.May 8, 2017: I responded to Convergent disputing the validity of the debt and requested proof it was my account.May 18, 2017: Convergent responds stating I requested a fraud package from Sprint and include Sprint bills dated March 7, 2008, April 7, and May 7, None of the items demonstrate the account is mineNo copy of a contract or other ‘sign-up’ document is furnished.May 22, 2017: Convergent responds to the Revdex.com that “information for this account was requested to be removed from the credit bureaus on October 11, 2014.”May 23, 2017: I again request proof from Convergent the account is mine.June 8, 2017: I received correspondence from Convergent stating “This debt is valid, attached is verification of the debt” and the attachments are Sprint bills addressed to [redacted] of [redacted] dated June 24, July 24, and August 2014, with a different account number and telephone number for the other bills sent to me This is not my debtNeither Convergent nor Sprint can demonstrate or prove it is my debtI want my name and credit cleared of this issuePlease help me rectify this issue, remove this debt as being attached to me, and have Convergent stop contacting me.Thank you, [redacted] [redacted]
