offer I reviewed appear belowWhen the technician arrived for service, he needed to order about a half dozen parts and he asked if the following Wednesday at the same time would be good to schedule to return to install the parts, whcih I replied that would be fine Lo and behold I take off from work the following Wednesday and wait all day and no one arrives or callls I call GE only to find out that we were on the schedule for the next day (Thursday) for only the repair of the microwave and not for the refrigerator because it had a part on back order and we were scheduled for February 12th for the refrigerator repair and then the representative said, "Wait, there is another part on back order and it will not be in until March 13th." The only thing that had been SCHEDULED to date was that Wednesday that I took off from work yet again and waited at the house for nothing There was never ANY mention of ANY other dates I don't know who they are talking to but they are not talking to us! Their products, attitude, and customer service has been deplorable I will never buy anything GE again and will pass this on to anyone I speak with, which is a shame since I used to be a fan of GERegards,

Yes, it has been repaired (replaced mother board) but what guarantee do I have that it won't break down again It is a two year old dishwasher It should not be acting up I have repeatedly said that I believe there is something wrong with this dishwasher Either GE give me a longer warranty on it or replace the unit with something better that actually works What compensation do I get for going through all the hoops just to get a dishwasher repairedGE, please read my original complaint and tell me that your recent response is enough

We have agreed to exchange the refrigerator at no cost to her. I explained that we will haul away the current unit at the

I have already spoken to this consumer and did not agree with his request for a new refrigerator. His unit is in-warranty and I have offered to schedule service for him but he has declined. His warranty is for repair, not for replacement

I have spoken with Mrs*** and apologized for the trouble she's having with her GE washer
I informed Mrs*** of how our service charges work on out of warranty products. I told her that Consumer Relations has
already provided a 25% discount on any parts or labor needed for the repair but explained that she would still be charged a home call fee in the amount of $or $99. I agreed to waive that home call fee as an additional gesture of good will. I also asked that she call me when the technician arrives to hear what the diagnosis is for repair and how much she would be charged for this out of warranty call. I will determine at that time if there is anything additional I can do to assist with this out of warranty repair
She was satisfied with this resolution to her complaint
