Thank-you for the opportunity to review this consumer’s situation.  Even though a GE Technician has determined that the 1 to 2 drops after dispensing operation is normal, GE replaced the water valve on the consumers refrigerator on 9/21/15.  Water pressure can also play a factor in...

when and how much a dispenser may drip.  The consumer had his water pressure tested and was within range on the low end which would explain the delayed 1 or 2 drops after usage.  GE has done all that it can do to satisfy the consumer and see no issue in the operation of the unit.Please contact me if there are any other questions or if I may be of further assistance.

But GE is not taking responsibility for the food loss. And now all the time and hassle of having to deal with calling and having to go grocery shopping 3 times a day for the last 7 days. Not to mention, I have gone through 80+ pounds of ice. GE needs to step up and offer me more than just the $100 in food loss I had. There is NO reason GE should only offer me $100 when there was well over $300 in food in my freezer and fridge. If GE can't stand by their product, this is going to news stations and I will keep calling until I get a hold of someone in their corporate office.

 Dear GE Representative,
My GE Profile Refrigerator was serviced three (3) times in total.  First by a GE serviceman who said that there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator on 6/17/15.  That night the temperature kept rising in the refrigerator so I called again to have a GE Serviceman come back on or about 6/18/15.  By this time, I had experienced food loss due to the low temperatures that the refrigerator was operating at 34 degrees freezer and 48 degrees refrigerator section.  When the second GE serviceman arrived on 6/18/15, he did not diagnose the problem either and I called a third time for a service technician.  When the third (3) service technician came to service the refrigerator on or about Monday, 6/22/15, he said that the refrigerator has a slow leak in the line that is in a sealed compartment and the amount to fix was closer to $1,000 or more. 
My complaint will not be satisfied until GE Service refunds the amount for the service call of $95 I believe is the amount.  I was inconvenienced 2 times by GE service technicians that do not know basic troubleshooting. That is to check coolant level.
I like GE products but the direct GE service program needs some help.

You have not addressed the fact that I have been without a washer since 9/28/2015. These "solutions" should have been offered immeadiately, in my first call with [redacted] at the call center and her follow up call you all were aware that there were no repair people here that are GE certified so why were these "solutions" not offered then. By not addressing this issue in a TIMELY manner I have been forced to spend over $200. at the laundromat and $50. in gas to get to there not to mention the time I have had to spend. The repair time is out by several weeks now, especially with the holidays. And should I mangle the washer to send the cord etc. who is responsible for removing the now mangled machine??? how will I be reimbursed for it's removal.

We have a service call currently scheduled for Monday, 3/14 from 1-5 with a request to run it after 3:30.  I am waiting to...

I was very upset it had to come to me complaining to the Revdex.com. GE should stand behind their products and have less confrontational customer service people.The original people I spoke to were very rude  to me and my situation. I probably will never purchase a GE product again knowing that when there is a problem they don't stand behind their products.
