[GE called us once. We responded and left a message on a voice mail. This call was not returned.  GE also sent an email, it stated that if we did not reply they would consider the case closed. I responded to them letting them know that we are not using the dryer and feel it is a fire hazard. The day after their repair the dryer shut off within a minute and was very hot on the sides.I feel they should replace the unit. it is unsafe.]

I feel $200.00 would be appropriate and that is just to clean the carpet, not all the time. At least maybe I can take my wife out on GE for unloading the refrigerator so many times only to reject the appliance because of damage, not freight damage, they were boxed with damage and having her kitchen torn apart so many times. Its sad the other product line all came in undamaged but GE just couldn't get it done. VERY SAD. I also feel they owe the retailer for all their troubles, but that is between them.

 The "repairman" showed up early which was great.  No phone call.  States he did not know the problem nor model to service and did not have the parts on his truck!  All of this info was given to dispatch when the original visit was scheduled along with our address which he had.. The resolution was to get the part over-night to us and my husband will install the part.

I REJECT their response since nobody has contacted me by the GE Appliances Executive Customer Relations Department to help me with this matter.
 
I am not sure what else to do to reopen my complaint since this matter has not been resolved yet and I still have a defective and unsafe Cooktop in my kitchen and nobody has offered me help to resolve the matter.
Also I’ve tried calling the [redacted] number, but they refuse to help me cause they say my case manager is [redacted] from[redacted] Department.
 
 
Your website says that she has contacted me and offered me a resolution, but I don’t have her phone number and unable to reach her at all.
What else can I do to get this resolved? Please help.

The washer still did not work after the technician left my home the second time.  I have communicated with Mr. [redacted] and he kindly agreed to replace the washer with the same model which I should receive by tomorrow, 9/15/17.  I sincerely appreciate the prompt assistance; however, I would like to confirm that the new item will come with full warranty.  The reason is that I have lost faith in this model since I have owned washers from other brands for many years and have never had issues and this one broke within 6 months.

[redacted] My tenant was without a working stove for over 20 days.  GE sold me a defective stove and then did not repair it as scheduled. I also do not recall anyone from GE calling me to resolve this issue.  I'm out rental income because of GE.  I had to agree to my tenants request for compensation for her and her children to eat out for 20 days at not fault of my own!  I can not legally have my tenant without a stove for over 20 days.  In addition, the stove caught on fire and could have burned my apartment building!

[redacted] This complaint has not been resolved. GE has refused to refund my money for the defective washing machine.  I have done some research, and I am aware that GE had recalled similar machines for the same issues.  I have contacted a lawyer, and I intend to take legal action against GE. I have also found 5 other people on line  who have been experiencing the same issues. The lawyer is looking into a class action law suit against GE.  I would appreciate if the Revdex.com would not list this complaint as resolved, as it is very far from being settled.

they are patching it together. this a brand new unit . I believe with the only fair repair is to replace it with the past problems and not being able to use the unit but for about 2 weeks since it was new

I won't be buying anything GE and my family won't either. They Lost a lot of respect and business. Hopefully strangers will see this and not buy from them either.
