To whom it may concern,All participants were notified with the following message: "As you may have heard, *** *** *** is being demolished. Due to this, our event is moving up from November 5, toSunday, October 23, 2016! We apologize for
the delayed announcement but we had to secure all logistics first"The message was then followed with options to transfer the registration to another event or new participant that can make the date. Unfortunately, the venue moved the demolition date up on us and we are a no refunds event We will make an exception and hold theregistrations for a future event that this particular participant can attend.Ryan

I did not pay the $fee charged for same day packet pick-up. I just think that's bogus. However, the name of the event is Foam Glow 5K, and this was clearly not a 5K. It was below miles whereas 5K's are a little over miles. I feel like they put a lot of people's safety at risk with the way they set up the course. I think I'm entitled to getting a full refund since it was not a 5K, and so many safety hazards were not taken care of for the event. I refuse to participate in any other event ran by Cool Event LLC. I have attached a copy of the receipt for the payment. I do still have the shirt, so I feel I'm at least entitled to $25, if not $30.Thank you for your time

I have not yet received my refund which was supposedly sent two weeks ago and I keep incurring bank charges due to their delayA follow up email was sent regarding the status/where abouts of this refund and the email has not yet been replied to

The
response received by Ryan, a member of the Cool Events organization, is the same response I received three months agoIt is clear that this organization does not know when they will be holding this event in San Bernardino, yet they keep telling paying customers they will be announcing the new date very soonAs previously mentioned, I tried to collect a refund through Booking Protect but I was told that they could not refund me because the postponement of the event made by the organization did not meet their refund criteriaThus, I am requesting a refund for the one ticket I purchased from Cool Events, the organization who sold me the ticket
