To whom it may concern, There was a delay on Saturday night at our Cleveland Slide event due to weather--all aspects of the event were temporarily shut down for the safety of our participants and staff--however, once the all clear was given the event went on without a hitch! The local authorities even let us stay open late! Unfortunately, if you chose to leave the premise due to the weather, you will not be issued a refundOur staff did not advise anyone to leave, if you were misinformed by volunteers, police, or parking staff, it was out of our controlWe did continuously make announcements over the PA and on every social media outlet we haveWe are a no refunds event which is agreed to upon registration and posted to our website The $pickup fee was also waived for all participants picking up on their slide dayThe merchandise tents were closed during the delay for everyone's safety however they did open back up at 8:pmThe delay at the event was two hours long.Ryan

I have gotten NO refunds for any registrationsFirst, they said they could only refund out of Then, I said I was NOT at the same bank I was at when I purchased the Bubble Run ticketsI called my old bank and they said they DO NOT have any "check" for meThey said I'm no longer a member and there is nothing else they can doI told them about a "check" I would get from active or the bubble run and they said there was noneAnd they can't accept any if there was, because I'm not a member and I do no exist there or it would get sent backI emailed active lots of times telling them this and I want my refund mailed to meFor BOTH [redacted] ***

After the experience and treatment I have received from this company I do not want to do business with themYou ruined what was supposed to be a fun family experience As you stated numerous times no refunds is a policyIf you can make an exception to hold my reservation you can refund my feesIf Irvine meadows broke your agreement with them, I would think you can go after them to recoup your lossesI am not happy that you changed the agreement to your favorBe responsible, do the right thing and issue refundsAll the back and forth over this has been upsetting to say the least

To whom it may concern,I spoke with Brian yesterday and made attempts to address his concerns about the eventWe do host a family friendly event and did not hear any other complaints of nudityThe address of the event has been listed on the website since it was posted and Brian was aware of the location at the time of registration therefor seeing as he knew where the slide was taking place if he thought it was not the best area for his family, he did not have to registerThe event did have a rain delay and our Crew and the local authorities did a great job of communicating what was happeningThe event reopened and was even permitted to stay open past the cutoff time so the participants could enjoy the slidesThere was not a lack of security at this venueI have confirmed with all Crew members that not one of them told any participant that they would be receiving a refund as it is our policyWe do not control the weather and we did follow through with our end by hosting the event, unfortunately you can not receive a refund due to matter of opinion Brian did agree to the waiver and the no refunds policy at the time of registration there for we will not be issuing a refund for his registrations He did also state during our conversation that his kids were sliding which means they did participate and were hopefully able to at least have some fun If needed, I can send over the signed agreements from Brian's registration.Ryan
