Unacceptable as their should be a refund option in the case that a complete date change happens Foam glow should have looked into alternate venues so those who scheduled their plans could still take part Due to the unprofessionalism and unethical practice I would prefer never to do a race with this company I had an opportunity to take a work trip over original dates that I purposely moved to the 19-so I could take part in this, only to have dates changed It is extremely disappointing If you were to refund based on the circumstance which would be the right thing to do, I would rebook a future event and spread the message on how great you are and still promote this to friends and family

To whom it may concern,The event in Seattle was postponed to a later date due to circumstances beyond our control. All participants were notified as soon as wee were and were provided with multiple options. Our events are non refundable as is stated on the website, in the waiver that is... signed by all participants and in the no refunds policy that all participants agree to at the time of registration. This offer is ludicrous How is anyone supposed to transfer their ticket to ANOTHER STATE? Its not like they have other dates in my city let alone my state! This is the most absurd thing I've ever heard from a business How on earth would this be an acceptable solution for anyone? The amount of complaints against this company both on Revdex.com and other sites around the web is mounting I find it ironic that the date for the event changed almost IMMEDIATELY after closing the purchases on the site It seems to me that the company may have known before and continued advertising the October date The bottom line is I paid for an event that this company can't deliverThere's only one applicable solution

To whom it may concern,Our Nashville Bubble Run has been postponed to May 19, All participants were notified of the date change and also offered a variety of options if they could not attend the new dateThe reason this participant did not yet receive her race packet is because packets are shipped three weeks prior to the event date and are now scheduled to go out to those who are registered at a later time At this time, I will make an exception and refund the registration in full, you will see the credit to yuor account in the next 3-business days.Thanks,Ryan
