Unfortunately none of the other events are in Orange County or nearby at all. Per email received, I only have 48 hours prior to my scheduled event to transfer my enrollment (to a different event). Since there are none close to my area or on a comparable day. I find this unacceptable. I am also aware of my rights as a consumer. And since I have not received any services for the funds I have paid. I would like a refund. Thank you

Hi We have not made an official announcement, but you can plan on running on June 25th, 2016! More details are on their way. Take care,Ryan

To whom it may concern,All participants were notified of the date change via email as soon as possibleUnfortunately, the venue moved their demolition date up on us which forced us to move our event date During the registration process, all participants do agree to the no refunds policyAt this time, we have made an exception and refunded the participants money.Ryan

Hi there, [redacted] registrations have been refunded to the credit card that was on file through Active. Unfortunately, once those funds have been sent to the banking institution, the bank will need to send them a check. Ryan

That is the exact same canned response that I received from the company days ago Entering refunds does not take this long

Good Morning,We had our first communication with April on July 21st We informed her of our standard policy that we are not a refundable event as is stated in the waiver that participants sign at the time of registration We did offer to transfer her registration to another event or
another participant It does state on our website that dates are subject to change and the event was moved due to safety concerns being as their is a neighborhood near the venue and it was previously scheduled for Halloween We are happy to accommodate this participant within our means.*** ***

I only received one refund on 7/7/when I signed up for four registrationsAttached are the registrations that I paid for

This is not acceptable. How long can you continue to hold my money with out giving me service? It's going on months past when the race should have taken place & we have not heard anything from your company, not a word that you are still working on rescheduling. Some kind of notification or update to those that have already paid you would be appreciated. That's the most frustrating part I am aware that I will not get my money back but I will also not associate myself with another function your company is responsible for & I will do my part in making everyone I come in contact with aware of you lack of proper business skills

Urge company to read 20+ complaints submitted by consumers to companies face book event for Des Moines iowaEach complaint is in agreeance with race being between and milesCompany seems to be taking "the easy way out" and not doing research into complaint prior to issuing response.I understand the no refund policy but disagree with companies seemingly shady business practice and will make sure others are aware in the future
