The Weight Watchers representative, Nikki, told me that I will receive a $prepaid card, but it will take to weeks for me to receive itI asked for the reason that it was initially rejected and was told that someone in their department inappropriately determined that I was not eligibleThere was no explanation as to why I have to wait up to more weeks before I can expect to receive thisI have already waited weeks so far and now an additional to weeks wait seems unreasonable with no remorse for the irresponsibility of the way this deal was handledI appreciated the assistance from the Revdex.comI am willing to wait up to weeks

When a new account is created, it requires a full credit card number to be enteredNot even management has access to see full credit card numbersOnly the last digits area visibleSo new accounts can only be created by the members themselves, be it at the meeting location, over the phone or online via the websiteAs stated in our Subscription Agreement, members are responsible for cancelling their accounts and stopping the autobilling when necessary as Weight Watchers does not monitor individual accounts*** ***’ case was reviewed and she was given a courtesy refund of months of charges on each of the two accountsThe case was closed and will not be re-opened. My complaint #*** against Weight Watchers received a response from Weight Watchers in which they said my issue was resolvedI did communicate with them as was mentioned however the complaint has not been resolvedThey have begun steps to resolve the issue which they say will take 2-weeksUntil I receive the refund that is due, I would like this complaint to remain activeI can’t find how to respond to their response and I find it unsettling that they would say my issue has been resolved at this point.
