I visited with [redacted] and apologized the information was not clear regarding the time frame in which members will receive the gift card earned with the mentioned promotionI reassured her that her form was received, processed and approvedIt's just going to take a bit longer to receive the gift card.I also visited with her about being "cut off" from Weight Watchers and she explained she was treated very rudely by Weight Watchers on social mediaI apologized, as that is not Weight Watchers standard of treatment. We researched the communication on the Promotion and issued each, Susan and David a refund for $76.56. Both members... should receive their check within two to four weeks.
